They quoted us one number, got the "okay" for the work and then billed us $2,000 more than the quote. When pushed they chalked it up to "miscommunication" but when you ask "how much is all that going to cost?" right after they detail everything that needs done it's hard to see where the miscommunication was. Maybe forgot to factor in the $160/hr labor? Either way, no qualms with their work, responsiveness, or demeanor. Just get a written quote and force them to keep to it.
