They quoted us one number, got the "okay" for the work and then billed us $2,000 more than the quote. When pushed they chalked it up to "miscommunication" but when you ask "how much is all that going to cost?" right after they detail everything that needs done it's hard to see where the miscommunication was. Maybe forgot to factor in the $160/hr labor? Either way, no qualms with their work, responsiveness, or demeanor. Just get a written quote and force them to keep to it. If you have the time I'd recommend shopping around.

Will came and took a look at the situation, sent us a quote and we scheduled a time that was mutually agreeable. He was very methodical and purposeful when removing and replacing the pipes. This process took about a week to complete and we were only without water for one day. Please know that a plumber and a pipe fitter are different and Will is a pipe-fitter and truly gifted in his craft. Many Montanans live under the rule "leave no trace" and Will did just that. He removed and disposed of all of the old pipes and cleaned up after the job was done. If you are looking for someone who is meticulous, Will is your guy! I have had success with The Plumber before, so I called late Friday. "Missy assured me there would be a crew there by 9:00 AM Monday. They were pulling in my driveway at 8:55, gathered their tools and a new disposer. Long story short they had done a very clean install and triple tested it in 30 minutes. There was a licensed plumber, with an apprentice. Both, very polite and courteous. It's a pleasure to do business with someone who treats you right.
