Maybe forgot to factor in the $160/hr labor? Either way, no qualms with their work, responsiveness, or demeanor. Just get a written quote and force them to keep to it. If you have the time I'd recommend shopping around.

Then he lied to me about he said he was done and told me the water would stop leaking in about an hour. Will came and took a look at the situation, sent us a quote and we scheduled a time that was mutually agreeable. He was very methodical and purposeful when removing and replacing the pipes. This process took about a week to complete and we were only without water for one day. Please know that a plumber and a pipe fitter are different and Will is a pipe-fitter and truly gifted in his craft. Many Montanans live under the rule "leave no trace" and Will did just that. He removed and disposed of all of the old pipes and cleaned up after the job was done. If you are looking for someone who is meticulous, Will is your guy!
