The best part came a little later, when they called me back and told me the good news: in a rare event, one of their appointments had canceled and they were on their way much earlier than expected. Even though I had already agreed to the charges, they did not collect the late appointment fee and just charged me the normal rate, which appreciated. Not every company would have been so honest. Shaun came and had us up and running quickly. He was really nice and super professional: my receipt was emailed to me within five minutes of him leaving the store!
