I notified the clerk that the price on the tag was considerable less, to which she explained "they've had some price increases, and there use to be a sign on the door". I told her it was very deceiving, and that this was quite the price increase, and she had adjusted the price. Later I had realized that the pad wasn't the right size for my polisher, and wanted to exchange it, and get some polishing compound instead. The listed price on the Mcguires polishing compound $17.99. The gentleman who rang it up this time, rang it up for $41.62. Again I mentioned how this was considerably more that the price tag had stated, to which he had replied "We use to have a sign on the door". I asked the man "would you go grocery shopping at a store that has a sign on the door stating their prices may be considerably more than posted?", To which he was silent. Fortunately this man honored the listed price after tearing off the price tag from the shelf. I don't normally write complaints, but this seems like a very shady business practice to me. Is it normal for NAPA to have sudden price increases that double the price?

I ended up taking it to Kendal ford and was given a much better price to fix everything. After fixing the leaks and a few other issues that were found, I ended getting the truck back a few days later. unfortunately I was pretty disappointed in how little the technicians cared to properly secure both front wheel well liners and a unsecured catalytic converter, as well as a flashing low engine oil pressure light on my dash. I took the truck back and told consultant Morgan Hargen that my truck was not fixed, he was very quick to take the truck back and fix any issues I was having. About a week later I received a phone call stating that all issues have been fixed and it was ready to be picked up and so far so good, I haven't had an issue since. thanks Morgan

After paying over $25,000…read morefor the truck, within 8 days, the truck was in their shop for approximately 3-4 months due to complete mechanical failure (including throttle control and fuel system components). Completely inoperable. Supposedly there was an "extensive inspection" on this truck, even though it broke down completely 8 days after I bought it, and it had to be trailed back to Kendall Ford of Eugene. While in the shop for nearly 4 months, numerous parts were replaced to include the high pressure fuel pump, the air filter, the air intake, and turbo flanges. But they never corrected the original issue and it had to be sent to multiple dealerships to even become functional again. 8 days after I bought it. Less than 2 years later, the same issue is still prevalent and worsening (electronic throttle control + DPF failure). I contacted the dealership to resolve this directly, and the only solution offered was to trade the vehicle in at a significantly reduced value (worth almost nothing, as it is once again, not functional) with no acknowledgment of the recurring issue despite numerous service records. I will never go back here for any reason. They value their dollar over you, and aren't shy about it. Even knowing I was a veteran coming off a serious car accident didn't stop them from selling me a vehicle that broke within 8 day of purchase. Do you really think they care more about you? The (instrument) cluster panel began going blank every time we hit a bump such as a bridge seam on the freeway. It happened over and over again gaining frequency. The panel would go black including the GPS, camera panel and would reboot each time. Finally it didn't reboot. Stayed black. We have a Tiffin authorized service center 30 or so miles from home. The RV Corral is 105 miles. Based on the reviews, we chose The RV Corral. We were not disappointed. We were ecstatic. Their senior tech Warren figured out our complex problem in 5 minutes. FIVE MINUTES. It was a loose ground. Service advisor Savannah and Service advisor Andy were fantastic. They have our business solid! You'll recognize Warren. He looks like Moses (LOL). The whole experience was great!

I made a service appointment online on Sunday night for Monday morning. Pulled in and was greeted by Rene. I was stressed and pretty frazzled. He got me checked in. I waited in their waiting room which had plenty of comfortable seats. I made myself a cup of tea from their well stocked coffee bar and settled in. The good news was that problem was fixed with a software update and they even charged my car. Rene was super sweet and walked me to my car to make sure everything was ok.

I was a customer of Absolute Automotive for many years, which is why writing this review is a bit…read moredifficult. My previous experiences with this shop had been satisfactory including reasonable prices, which is why I returned for service this last time. I had my Mitsubishi Montero Sport, with approximately 95,000 miles, towed to the shop after it had been in storage for several months. Before storage, I had driven it and I had not experienced any misfires. My vehicle was towed because an oil leak had contaminated the alternator, preventing it from keeping the battery charged. I wanted the leaks repaired, the alternator replaced, and my SUV inspected before I began driving it again, so it would be dependable. The shop performed repairs including oil leak repairs, a tune-up, an oil change, a new alternator, a new air filter, and a new 5-year battery. My bill was just under $2,000. When I picked up my SUV, I was told it had developed a misfire likely related to Sta-Bil fuel stabilizer I used during storage. I was instructed to drive my vehicle and run several tanks of premium fuel through it, and I was told the issue should resolve itself. During that time I experienced surging and reduced engine power. I followed those instructions, but the issue continued. I returned to the shop, where the code was cleared, but the problem persisted. I was again advised to continue driving my SUV and to continue using premium fuel. At that time, I was not advised that additional diagnosis was needed to determine the cause of the misfire. After several months, while driving on the freeway, the engine suddenly shut off and I had to coast to the shoulder. Approximately an hour later, I was told my vehicle had suffered catastrophic engine failure and was not repairable. I was also directed to a local wrecking yard (B & R Auto Wrecking) that might offer around $200 for my SUV. Even though it no longer works, I decided to keep my vehicle. I reported the drivability issues multiple times and followed the advice I was given by the same person at Absolute Automotive. Despite this, my vehicle ultimately suffered catastrophic engine failure. Also during this time, that same employee sent me unsolicited and very explicit photos of himself by text message (receipt). He later apologized via text. I responded that his behavior was not okay and that I did not want to discuss it further. I do not believe the owner(s) of the shop would condone this behavior. I have been unable to speak with an owner because the same employee who sent the nude photos answers the phone whenever I call. I also submitted a written request by email for copies of my last three repair invoices several weeks ago so I could better understand the work that had been performed on my vehicle. I have not received a response. As a long-time loyal customer, I did not expect this type of experience. As a woman in her 60's I no longer have a working vehicle because it would cost thousands of dollars to rebuild the engine, so now I have to walk everywhere. To say the least, losing reliable transportation has had a significant impact on my daily life.
