Upon receiving the unit, I was extremely saddened that whilst the unit was indeed powering on, the output sadly was not producing any tone. To my great pleasure, Matthew from A.C.E.S. was super professional about it & offered to either refund me and I could return it, or they would help facilitate the repair. The latter is what ended up occurring, and even though it took many months longer than expected for the W2 to come back fully functional, but when it did, Matthew indeed made good on his word to reimburse me for the repair work done (by another amazing company, local synth wranglers "Bell Tone Synth Works" (if you are a synth person in the tri-state area, they are the *best*) Anyways, would 100% buy another weird music item or other oddity from A.C.E.S. in the future. They were patient with the process and communicated well even though it took us several months to give them the green light that we were ready to sell. Caveat emptor I bid online for items listed showing photos…read moreand won several lots. When I went to pick up my purchases, one lot was missing. I was told someone else was mistakenly given my item, but I was assured, they would retrieve that item. I called and emailed Mr. Harris at least five times, he did not return a call or text. A month later, he discovered his company made a mistake and put the photos of an item with an incorrect description, which he sold to me. Finally, his reply, 'my bad, sorry', he did not make it right - no refund. The phrase "caveat emptor" is Latin for "let the buyer beware."
