Brent went above and beyond, contacting my insurance company and getting my aftermarket bumper replaced with an OEM part. He managed to get the correct fitting bumper, having to explain to my insurance that Caliber didn't do the original claim. Just having to call the insurance company and going through all their prompts is aggravating enough. Big thank you to Brent and Meg for all your efforts and making us whole.

I did not ask to be towed to their shop I asked to be taken HOME. I got to the shop, got told the price, ok fine whatever. THEN I get told "we have to keep it overnight we'll drop it off sometime tomorrow because I'm busy" Excuse me? So now I had to wait until the next day for my vehicle to be dropped off? The owner was a complete crock. I will never pay $150 for them to tow my car again. Alpha towing quoted me $90 with same day delivery/drop off. This shitty shop held my car overnight for NO reason. They had MORE than enough time to drop my car off the same day, it was less than a 10 minute drive. This is also how they dropped my car off, it's almost touching my neighbors boat and is almost touching our garage making it difficult to get by to take trash out. The car doesnt run. I cant move it. I don't recommend going to them for anything.

"Okay, where's a good place to take it?" "Take it to Jon Hager Auto Repair in Telford! He's a good guy, will do a great job and will treat you well! And that's exactly what happened. Jon was very cooperative, did a great job, completed the car in reasonable time and gave me back my 2021 Honda CRV looking like new! He even took care of a few minor parking lot scratches, etc. - I mean it looked inside and out like a new car! Mixed proficiency, at best I had a bad experience with them…read moreregarding an oil change. Long story short, my oil was was low, lower than it should have been for my mileage. (The resulting clacking sound could indicate engine damage.) They tried to blame it on my engine burning too much oil but this has never been the case with my former garage. The person I spoke with was condescending, not believing and not at all interested in the possibility that I could have a valid opinion. Won't go back. I said "mixed proficiency" because I'd gone to them once in the past and it was fine - that wasn't an oil change, however. I'm very glad I was able to go back to my former garage and that I have that experience for comparison. I would say that they are on the defensive about their work, also that they have a greedy mentality, charging for "loaner" cars. Customer value is number 1 and along with that, valuing what your customer has to say about their experience.

So, I stopped in, looking for an expert opinion. I was greeted kindly and within minutes, a friendly mechanic came to help me. He checked my oil and pulled the codes. We were assured that we were safe to make the trip home but advised to have the van checked out when we got home. The gentleman handed me the diagnostic printout and didn't even charge me!
