While traveling through Florida in our 40' 5th wheel, Ace Wrecker in Orlando changed a tire and stripped all 8 lug nuts and studs by using an impact wrench. With our return to California approaching and our RV disabled, we were in a panic. 75 Chrome Shop came to the rescue! Drew immediately got our RV into the shop, had the damaged studs pressed out, and as soon as the new parts arrived, the repairs were completed in minutes. They reinstalled the spare and had us safely back on the road. The entire job--parts and labor--was under $230, which would have easily been $750+ at an RV dealership. I called back this morning (Thursday) and it had already been towed in less than 48hrs from Cody's call. We've been paying for many of our semi trucks to be parked here for a year. This bill is only 2 weeks late. Yes, sometimes we are a bit slow, but we have ALWAYS paid. They also have my email and zero emails were sent to pay the bill. My watermelon lights had been stolen and my fuel drained a few months ago. I didn't raise any trouble about that even though it's supposed to be secured parking. They want their rent but take no responsibility for the safety of our equipment. To tow a clients truck and trailer was way out of line. I'd understand if we were brand new clients and the truck was sitting for a month with no responses. This truck needed an airbag repair and it was towed which has likely caused damages in addition to the almost 2k wrecker fee for my truck and trailer! This is no way to treat working class guys.

Came in to get a tire repaired from a nail. I had even marked the nail spot for them. They lifted up and i looked out and my hood was up, the kid was standing under the car texting on his phone for over 15 minutes and then left the car and as I watched him just walking around talking to other people. When i asked the front desk about it, he said they were doing a general inspection of the car which i never asked for. I was on a tight schedule and was lookin for a quick fix. My wife had to drive to a meeting and, had they done their job, would have been on time. Ended up almost 2 hours late.... for a small tire fix. A plug, which i asked for they did not do but eventually took the tire off and pulled the tire off the wheel to install a patch. Another man was there to get 2 tires. Had been there before I got there and for most of the time I was there. After probably half an hour with the car in the bay, one of the techs asked the front desk if he wanted 2 tires and which ones. I knew I was in trouble at that point. Never ever come here if you are on a schedule and if you do, specify exactly what you want and nothing more. One lady called in for a battery. I saw the battery. Standard agm auto. Quoted her about $450 for the battery and installation.

While traveling back home to California, we experienced a flat tire and had Ace Wrecker Service of Orlando come to help. Unfortunately, during the process, all 8 of our studs and lug nuts were stripped, leaving us stranded and in a stressful situation. When we reached out to Lazy Day's R.V., Marissa immediately took our call. Even though she explained that their team doesn't typically perform this type of repair, she didn't stop there. She kindly asked for a few minutes to see how she could assist--and true to her word, she called back shortly with a solution. Marissa connected us with Drew, the Service Director at 75 Chrome Shop, who took us in right away. Thanks to her quick thinking and willingness to go the extra mile, our repairs were completed, and we were back on the road within just a couple of hours. He went for parts 3 U joints, he could not find them at Bushnell Fl. Auto Zone, Advance Auto, or Napa. He went to Inverness Fl. O'Reilly Auto Parts none there. He said he would get them in Ocala the next day. That did not happen. I had to call / text him he said he was looking for the parts, on May 31 he said he was going to order them on E Bay. June 1 I called and he wants me to order them I told him I gave him $150 for parts He said he would order them but he never did. This has now been a week with my truck being down. I call / text him and after a couple calls he said he would return the $150 for parts on June 3 that night that did not happen.
