I had a truck that was stolen, when we got it back I needed to have a key made for it. Bassan the owner answered the phone every time I called, and showed up right on time even after I asked him to get there a little time due to the tow truck showing up with the truck later than expected. He quickly made me a key for that truck, I had him make me a key for a vehicle that required programming, he was able to complete that as well.
