Around December, I received a generic Mercedes key fob without the logo, which was completely fine with me. However, the center piece repeatedly falls off, and the key itself has intermittently failed, requiring me to carry my original Mercedes key as a backup. I had planned to replace the car soon, so initially I didn't want to make an issue of it. However, I'm keeping the car longer than expected, and the recurring key problems have become genuinely frustrating--especially because the same center piece continues to fall off. **I don't want to complain or ask for yet another replacement. I would rate this company very highly because of the speed of service and the cost of service. My call was just a regular service call and not a rush so I did let him know that in the beginning, but he took care of me like it was a Priority Call. Jim is legit. I had done all my research on every security keypad lock out there and thought I knew…read moremy stuff. The previous locksmith who installed Schlage locks for me was not very experienced with the system and took three times as long to install. He also didn't know how to program (hence why I spent forever learning and doing for him). Jim doesn't even need instructions manuals. He's so experienced that he read off the instructions in his head to me (while i had my manual to confirm). He's amazing at problem solving while being honest, fair, and ethical.
