Had a last-minute emergency when my key got stuck in my ignition, not allowing me to remove it from the cylinder. Second time using Paul, this time we locked our only key in the trunk of our car (BMW). Don't ever do that, it's a big problem. We could access the interior of the car, but not the trunk where the key was. Escaped toddler vs locked closing truck door. I locked my keys in the car 2 nights in a row, and was extremely stressed out. My boyfriend & I were arguing, it was quite an ordeal. Paul came to save the day 2 nights in a row!!! I have to say I could not have made a better choice! I have never had been in this situation before so had no idea of what to think or to expect. I contacted him asked for a quote (which I was scared to hear the price to replace my key fob for my infiniti) but after giving him the details of my car he assured me he would be able come to my house and make me a key on the spot for my doors and program a new key fob for me as well. To my surprise ,Paul(the locksmith) got to my house chatted a little bit and within about 30mins if not less he was done and man I could not be more thankful! Overall he was friendly,easy to talk to, did a great job,and most importantly he didn't tax me like the dealership would have because they basically wanted $400 for a new key plus I would have had to get towed to the dealership...
