I told my students that I couldn't stick around after class to help them because I had an important call scheduled. I confirmed (by auto text) the appt. again yesterday (it was scheduled for today). But... They flaked about 15 minutes before the scheduled time, then 5 min later I got a friendly text reminder not to miss the appointment, which was a nice touch. I had to laugh at that, at least. The Dude's time is far more valuable than yours. You will find out minutes before your "scheduled" appt when Siri drops you a line.

(For example, the CPA who does my business taxes was not gung-ho to do the return for my mom's estate and the cost was about double.) I decided to look around on Yelp and called a few CPAs. Honestly, I only called Tony Winspear because his phone number includes 1040. I am very glad I did that! The other CPAs wanted to make the situation very complicated. After hearing about what my mom's estate included, Tony was very straight-forward. The other CPAs quoted a very high price range: Tony's was much more reasonable. Whether you need a personal return, a business return, or a 1041 (estate and trust return) done I suggest giving Tony a call. I'd also like to mention how convenient his office is. Easy to get to with plenty of parking.

No response to 4 follow up emails and 4 phone calls after that until March 25th. Finally quote came on March 25th. I Accepted on April 1st. No response again until I called them and asked for the status. on April 5th she emailed me that: "They normally don't accept clients in March and now we need to file extension because she doesn't have time" She was blaming us for answering to the quote email late!!!
