About a week ago I called because I saw some errors on the description of my house on my Home Insurance policy renewal. My call was Directed to Jess Lopez. I told her of the errors and she accessed my policy and begn to correct the errors. They were square footage and number of bathrooms. While reviewing she also found another error. She was professional and thorough, and her customer service was excellent, and she saved me some money on my renewal. I'm very happy my call was refered to her. She's informative and knowledgeable regarding the projected cost of rebuilding a house if necessary. I was shocked to realize that I have been underinsured for years and that the previous agent I had never discussed with me how much proposed insurance I should have to cover me based on market prices of rebuilding a property. Or even how having minimal insurance on a vehicle can result in a huge amount of out of pocket expenses. I have been with Mercury for ok er 40 years. I missed my payment by one day. I call and Carrie just said you are cancelled. What company starts off you are late and we cancelled insurance. I short I am offended due to having to take care of my mom and forgot to call to pay Your cancelled I am moving my homeowners and auto. No service or exceptions for a day late is not my kind of company I want to work with. Please find a better company that will service clients. read more

Recently purchased a new truck and Carrie promptly took care of my insurance needs. Thanks to her advice I added new car replacement to the policy. Three weeks later I was hit by a driver running a red light and my new truck was declared a total loss.
