I added guacamole and requested that the guac be on the side. Instead, all toppings were placed on the side. They did not add any charro beans which -combined with the queso, are what make these nachos my favorite. I am disappointed that the restaurant's solution placed the responsibility on the customer rather than owning the error. They indicated the receipt says all items on the side (see images) and that beans were not selected as a topping to be added. The website (their site not a third party site) does not have an option to add beans as they are a part of the entree in the menu description. Had they apologized and taken responsibility, they may have retained me as a customer.

My dog is small, so I was able to split it into a few meals, and he loved it. It was a great value and a fun option to have on the menu. I placed my order over the phone, so I did not dine in, but when I went inside to pick up my food, the restaurant was quiet and calm. The cashier was very welcoming, which made the pickup experience pleasant. I would definitely order again, especially the salmon and the dog meal. They also have flavored margaritas like Spicy Cucumber, Watermelon, and Pineapple Hibiscus and the best part is that you get a choice of tequila or mezcal. If you're not in the mood for tequila or mezcal, they do have other cocktails that are vodka and rum based. They have minimal seating inside, but two patios with plenty of seating. One patio is covered, while the other is not. If you happen to be there after 7 pm on a Thurs, Fri, or Sat, go check out their Speakeasy (Mijo's Mezcal Bar). The one downside is the parking. Their parking lot is small and it is hit or miss with getting a spot. If the lot is full, there is free street parking in the neighborhood. This is a great spot on the Northside. The staff is friendly, the wait is never long, and the food and drinks are on point!
