Ordered carryout and our food was completed within the timeframe. Ordering over the phone and pickup was very easy, the staff member I spoke with over the phone and cashier were very friendly! Slightly over priced "buffet." It was really cold and we were hungry and new this was a place the 6 year old would eat at. and he did and really liked it {main reason it gets 4 and not 3 stars}. I use the term buffet lightly. If one can consider a small salad bar, 4 different pizzas and bread sticks a buffet..... Pizza was okay not the best or worst I've had at all. Was a lot of not usual toppings - like a chicken broccoli that was quite tasty. Wasn't a single plain pepperoni on the buffet. There were some odd to me {being from Texas} items in the salad bar like walnuts and cranberries. Not that I was upset by them it was a very nice and tasty change from lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, olives and mushrooms. They were very polite and even in the nasty road conditions - somewhat slushy snow this location was making deliveries. Stopped in and placed an order to go. The staff was very confused and frazzled about the phones ringing. We had to repeat our order to her multiple times. When we returned an hour later, there were no breadsticks that we ordered. When we asked for the breadsticks we paid for, they told us we had to pay an additional $3 for them. After explaining to them that we paid for them, they did end up throwing some in the oven. The pizza had about 3 inches of crust - they didn't spread the toppings out. So a large pizza was actually more like a medium. The crust is very sweet. The gluten-free crust was excellent. If you're looking for a quick dinner, choose another pizza joint. Our plan for a quick take out turned into a several hour production by the time we got home and ate. read more

Lake City BC Pizza ---- Horrible customer service!! Ordered 6 pizzas to be delivered to Sapphire Lake and were told 1 1/2 hours. Called after 1 3/4 hours and they hadn't even started making the pizza!! They said it would be another 45 minutes- WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN - canceled this order and ordered from JETS with 20 minute wait time. My family visited Lake City on the fourth of July and experienced the worst service ever. We waited an hour for a small cheese pizza, medium deluxe and an order of cheese bread. Another table who arrived after we did received their order at least half an hour before we did. This happened to another group as well. When I asked why it took so long, the manager explained that she was the only one (out of at least 6 employees working) who had been trained to do toppings. She told me that she had not trained others because she had not been told to train them. She had no idea how to manage orders, employees, or dissatisfied patrons. read more

Stopped in to try B.C. Pizza today. We were the only customers. That should have been my first clue. I was going to order a personal pizza when the guy at the counter told me that they had a buffet going on so I ordered that instead. Once we got our drinks and were seated, I went to the buffet. The lights were off and the hot plate was cold to the touch. The pizza had sat so long that it had hardened up. One of the girls working there saw my reaction and offered to have him make something for me. We decided it was probably a bad idea as the food on the buffet doesn't look like it could have ever been appetizing so we just left. On the way out, we saw a sign saying that the buffet goes until 2:30 and the time was 3:30 so it had been sitting there cold for at least an hour. Gross. read more

Ever since the new ownership, there has been some huge changes. While the pizza and breadstick quality has declined slightly, the service is where they win you back. This restaurant has, without a doubt, some of the best service of any business in town. The employees are friendly and accommodating. They treat their customers right. We came here after a school event, after hours, and they still sat us! They stayed later to make sure we got our pizza. And because it was a large school fundraiser, they gave us a discount on the pizza! Even though we made them stay late, the service was still wonderful. read more
