I live in NC, so I contacted Sara, the owner, via email to see if she could do that. I had a ton of questions and she responded every single one of my emails promptly and **kindly**. I paid for the service and my friend scheduled an appointment with Sara, and by the next day he mailed the notarization and apostilled documents to me in NC. I was nervous about coordinating a notary service remotely for someone else, and I'm glad I found Sara. I'm very satisfied with her service and highly recommend her. She also has a lot of payment options and is super friendly!

Mind you,…read moreI've visited this place on two separate occasions for TSA precheck - once for myself as a walk in and most recently with my wife as a scheduled appointment, so I believe this is a valid and honest review. Anticipate walking into a waiting room the size of your closet filled with people. Next, expect to be told that "we triple book every single appointment." I initially assumed this was simply to deter any walk in clients, which obviously works when you follow up with "it could take hours...and hours..." Well, I was prepared and brought an iPad. The wait wasn't nearly as terrible as I anticipated, less than an hour. Fast forward a couple weeks when I returned with my wife for her TSA pre-check appointmen, which was scheduled ahead of time. Bracing myself for the standing room only waiting room, I made sure we were 15 minutes early. Flash forward 30 minutes AFTER the pre-scheduled appointment time, we were informed (surprise! surprise!) "we triple book every single appointment." Well, I guess the other two people must have showed up hours earlier or possibly even the day before? Save yourself from being annoyed and frustrated and go elsewhere!

Anyway, everyone was friendly and very serious. I imagined this experience being more daunting; long lines, unhappy people, unfriendly staff. I thought I would be whisk into a back room that was dirty, and dimly lit at which point I would be aggressively interrogated until I admitted everything. Please note I have nothing to admit..., well nothing of a national security level. If you fly domestically a lot this is definitely worth the investment.
