I had put in my name and cell, and figured I would call in the morning to try to get in touch. 10 minutes later the owner of the salon, Dey, texted me to see if she could help me with my appointments. In under 5 minutes she responded again to tell me I had 3 mani/pedis at noon the next day. We walked in and were promptly greeted by friendly staff. The girls were brought to their pedicure chairs immediately and mine was available a few minutes later. The process was amazing - they do the mani and the pedi at the same time - 2 nail techs working on your services. Needless to say, I've never experienced anything like it! When you enter the office, you are greeted by friendly staff who know what they're doing. All of the paperwork is automated and you just need to review and then sign the tablet. No paper, no pen, and since they populate most of the info for you from you insurance and ID cards, it's a huge time saver. There was zero wait time and I was called back into a room by the very amicable and professional, Valentina. She asked all of the pre-visit questions and really took copious notes on the reason for my visit and some historical questions. Once we were done, she quickly conferred with Daisy and then Daisy was in the room within a few minutes. Daisy was fantastic. She really listened to what had been going on, created a diagnosis and strategy and very thoroughly explained what she believed was happening, why it was happening and the steps we were going to take to get it under control. She wrote down the steps I needed yo take and gave me a couple of free samples to get me started. Check out was just as easy. Made the follow up appt for two weeks later, as per Daisy's request and off I went. It's been 4 days and my skin is getting back to it's warm and glowing self and just when I couldn't rave more about RSB Dermatology- I get a sure rise call from Daisy this morning to check on my progress. I realized, if I take care of my face, I have to take control of my "entire self"! As an absolute phenom in her own right, I learned Dr. Allenby founded Body Squad with Bridgette, who is part of the founding team. After doing research, I found out Bridgette, who heads up Body Squad is certified by Allergan in Cool Sculpting, which is a plus, aside from being the Operations Director, expert in laser, facials, and medical assistant, who's team is very friendly & knowledgeable. With this in mind, i tried their cool sculpting. Being very private, gyms are not my thing. I just want to relax & nap while enjoying this service. By the way, as part of their SOP, measurements were taken and documented. After a couple of sessions, I noticed a tightening on my tummy and my clothes fit right. This is amazing!
