Ok, its not a great car, I'll chalk it up to coincidence. Replaced the belt, brand new belt broke the next day? Closer look revealed my crankshaft pully had been cut on. Not broken or split, like an old part or like something banging around in the engine, nope, a nice clean even cut. Fresh cut, with no wear. I guess they thought I was a mark. I replaced the crankshaft pulley myself. Next time I have an electrical problem I'll figure that out myself too I guess. You can't trust these guys, thats for sure. I hope they close down. This is not how you get repeat business, boys. You won't get any more of mine.

I drove down from Toledo to see if there was anything they could do to help me out, and I was met with impeccable service, both personally and for the car. They ordered certified Audi parts for my car and put the same quality of work into this issue as a big dealership would. Not only did they do that, but because it was an issue on their part, they completely covered the cost of the repairs themselves, so this was a free job. This took no amount of pleading or asking and they were completely up front with me and so very kind to me. I am a medical student so I don't have much time to work within their working hours, but I was received both over the phone and in person with high quality service and empathy. Also, I had to wait for a friend to pick me up from the location since my car was unsafe to drive, and they kindly let me sit in the waiting room and shared their Wifi with me so I could study. I cannot express how much I recommend this place and I have never been met with such amazing and kind customer service. Their service is excellent and I have never been so impressed and appreciative of a company in this business before. **Update that just happened, the company said they have trucks between here and Toledo often, and they will try their best to get it back up there for me, so I don't need to make a 45 minute drive here again.
