I was told a provider would call me today to discuss what I should do. Yep no one called me. I was very firm this morning about how bad it felt and that it wasn't normal. Melissa Salgado is their receptionist and she does a great job; and so much more. Amelia was my practitioner and has an amazing warmth and I really felt comfortable with her and Paula as well. I don't mind being farmed out to other practitioners but they should have the same follow-through is the original one. They just dropped the ball so many times. I left them feeling really disappointed. The lack of follow up and follow through was really lacking. When my labs would come back I would have to chase them down to get somebody to call me back. For the amount of money I'm paying I shouldn't have to chase them and continuously call and leave messages to get some type of response. I do not feel they were aggressive enough with my treatment and because I wasn't buying all the add-ons. I feel like I was a waste of their time and they didn't treat me or care the way they should have. I know there is a range of where they want your numbers to be... But some people don't fit that range and sometimes they need more. Everybody's body chemistry is different... hence the customization of the pellets.
