Maybe my story will resonate with you... I have suffered from the blonde/practically-bald eyebrow issue my whole life. I've used dyes, powders, and of course, drawn on my eyebrows for years and years. It sucks and I'm not very good at makeup. I was so sick of jumping in the pool and losing my brows, going to work without makeup and people asking if I was sick lol, And several other scenarios you're probably familiar with. So, doing some Instagram research, I happened upon Tiana's IG and was in love with her work but was still hesitant (probably in the stage you are now reading this review). I finally jumped and booked an appointment with Tiana and went in for my first appointment. Turns out, sweating during the 10 day healing process is not recommended and my with my profession, I had to push off my appointment nearly 6 months out. I wanted to send her a deposit for wasting her time and she insisted that wasn't necessary and to come back in when work allowed. All with a cheerful smile and confidence in her stunning work! I was absolutely blown away by this whole process and quite honestly, I should have done this years ago! Tiana was overwhelmingly sweet and accommodating during the whole process, which by the way, was not painful, I'd say. After crafting a perfect shape and matching my color just right, we were done in no time. I was sent off with several after-care documents and a personalized goodie bag with balms, an eyebrow razor, a hand written card, and chocolates! Not only that, I now have perrrrrfect brows for the next several YEARS. Hello swimming and not worrying about makeup, not worrying about running out of your fav eyebrow pencil before an event, and my personal favorite.. waking up with a perfect set of eyebrows for a just-woke-up look, (not used to this one yet)! Sorry for the extra long review, I just had to hype up this small-business because I am just so, so pleased with my results!! I missed her brow artistry a lot during the COVID-19 stay-at-home order, so one of the first things I booked as soon as restrictions eased was an appointment with Tonie at The Brow Snob. The service here has always been stellar, and in a COVID-19 world it's no different. Upon arrival, clients should either text Tonie or call the front desk number that is posted on the door. When Tonie is ready, she will escort you back to her salon. She's allowing time in between clients to ensure proper cleaning. And of course, everyone needs to wear masks. I felt safe and comfortable returning. I've already lined up my next appointment!

The lash tech was really understanding and helped me find the new location. My only complaint is that I texted and asked for a follow up appointment and she told me she would ask the store owner to add the eye lash extensions that I wanted on the menu. I said ok sounds good and waited for a response. I still have not had a response and I have texted the tech and also called the store and no answer. I went there for extensions in the past and other services and did not have this problem. I was trying to give them business but I guess I have to go somewhere else. Other than that the tech was awesome and the service was amazing the store itself is beautiful.

And apparently I should have known this because of information on the cancellation page. Hmmm. The person I got didn't remove my eye makeup - asked her and she said it works through mascara. Except it didn't. Came home to racoon eyes and no tint left on lower lashes. When took off eyeshadow that night (had asked technician and she said okay to do and I was extremely careful) most of the upper lash tint came off. Total waste of my time and money.
