It didn't go well at all. I botched the tops and came running here in a total panic for some emergency damage control. The Rescue Mission & Results: I usually have thicker brows, but after my DIY disaster, they were completely uneven. Thankfully, there was no wait when I walked in. The threader was an absolute lifesaver. She patiently worked her magic, shaped them up perfectly, and somehow made them look completely even and normal again. They went from looking like a Neanderthal to looking absolutely lovely. Value & Efficiency: I've been here a few times before, and they always do a fantastic job. This visit was quick it took maybe 5 to 10 minutes tops, and it only cost $12! The value here is unbeatable for the quality of work they do. Overall Experience: Honestly, my only complaint is that I wish they were located right here in Denver! They are out in Aurora, but the drive is 100% worth it for the peace of mind and the amazing service. I am never touching my own brows again! I'm leaving them to the professionals from now on!

They do take walk-ins, but of course appointments are always preferred. I often do a walk-in when I have a 10 minute window I don't have a lot of hair, but often times let mine grow out and then go in for a quick Wax. My hair is sparse, very thin and fine so it's a 5 min wax. I'm in and out. They have salon chairs if you're open to your service in front of others. However they do have private rooms if needed for your service. $11 for armpits and $30 for half legs. Often times when I visit there's a line of 21 people, but it goes by so fast. Usually you put your name on the list and then wait for the service. If there is a long wait, then sometimes I will go and have Korean or Afghanistan or Mexican food in the same shopping center or walk across the street to Milkroll for ice cream. Very convenient, fast process/service and this location has been here over 10 years but run by Nirmala for 7 years since 2019. However, she literally spent less than 3 minutes on my brows and the whole process felt super rushed. She let me check my brows before she trimmed them too so it was hard to see what it would look like. I also realized after the appointment that she didn't clean up the top of one brow at all. I tried to go back after I checked the mirror in the car, but she was already gone. I don't think she is bad at threading but it seemed like she was in a rush and didn't do a complete job.

We were able to book a same day appointment luckily as she was having a good day. Facial and foot massage for Mom, facial for me. The lobby. A bit cramped and just a bench. The lovely lady behind the desk gave up her chair for my mom to complete her digital forms. These are the types of things that make it difficult for elderly people to enjoy places like this. There was a bench but it was much too low for her. After forms completion we were escorts to a changing area with lockers to leave our things. This was a clean area with plenty of lock boxes and even a shower. At this point we were ushered to our treatment rooms and the pampering began. After an hour of facial potions, steam, hand, neck, arm and shoulder rubs, a deep treatment on your hands including wrap and a warm glove to help the oil/lotion penetrate...it was over. I was pretty much a puddle, was hard to focus and my face felt like a new born baby. I was also surprised they didn't try to "sell" me anything. It was a pleasant surprise honestly. Nothing takes away from a good paper high than being hard sales pressured.
