I visited b.LUXE beauty for the first time today. Both the salon and the staff are so nice! I had an eye surgery which forbids me from touching water near the area for a few days. Brianna gave me a gentle wash and massaged thoroughly and even offered me a quick dry. When I was trying to pay, the ladies told me it was on the house! What a surprise! Kelsey (who has sense moved) was definitely my favorite. I went here to get a partial highlight thinking I was going to get around the price on the websit and I was wrong. Be careful of the unessarry add ons they will do too charge you more, never spent less then 250$ for a partial highlight. Left the salon with seriously damaged hair that wass completely broken. In October went back to see what could be fixed. Kelsey says " who did your hair it's so broken" and I said I got it done here. Other then the one hairdresser (who is a senior) they are definitely very good. I think you can find much more strightforward and affordable prices for the same or better result. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON ITS A SCAM. They take advantage customers who don't know anything about hair. I booked a full foil, paid for a full foil, and I received a partial. NEVER in my ENTIRE life have I ever heard a full foil means foils on top of my head only and face framing highlights. I had Kelsey the foils she actually did amazing looks great. She spun me around the entire time to hide the fact that she only gave me a partial. She showed me at the end before sending me off that she didn't do the back because I need to book a DOUBLE full foil. I'm sorry WHAT! I have worked in a salon and I am friends with stylist. I also have been getting my hair professionally done for years and changed salons before. THIS IS NOT A THING ITS A STRAIGHT SCAM. A full foil means your ENTIRE HEAD not just the top HENCE the term FULL FOIL. The fact that they want to charge me TWICE for a full foil to get a real full is disgusting. I came to this salon because I had a bad experience at my last salon and trusted this salon with my hair and I'm just heart broken. I saved for months to afford this and I just got scammed. I can't believe that their stylist are ok with treating their clients this way. On top of being ripped off I could not help but notice how extremely catty the stylist are. They exchanged over a dozen dirty looks to each other while I was there. When I got up to go to the sink my shoe slipped and made a loud noise and I was immediately given a dirty look by the women who works next to Kelsey's station. I over heard the stylists talking shit about clients... THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN ON THE FLOOR. They can vent all they want in the back room. I came to this salon to relax and pamper myself and fix my hair. I left feeling ripped off and not relaxed. I get needing to make money but this is not how you do it. They're taking advantage of people who don't know better. I will never be returning to this salon unless it's to receive the second half of my full foil that this salon neglected to do. I'm now out $240 for a partial foil and my hair is unbalanced and I have to pay AGAIN to get it fixed. read more

Donna is an amazing stylist, and I was always very pleased with her services. With that being said, their cancellation policy is unacceptable. Over the several years I had been going to B.Luxe I never once cancelled or called to reschedule. However, the one time I did have to cancel, the day prior to my appointment, due to a medical situation that was completely unforeseen or unpredictable, I was told I may be charged 100% of my full service because I was cancelling without enough notice, but if they were able to fill my appointment, I would not be charged. I begged them not to charge me because this was an medical emergency, completely out of my control. The receptionist was finally kind enough to agree not to charge me for the cancellation. After that type of customer service, I took my business elsewhere. Life is unpredictable, and the last thing I need to worry about when a medical situation arises is if I'm going to be charged full price $$$ for services that are not rendered. They lost a faithful and loyal customer. read more

I was scheduled to have highlights, root touch up and blow dry done. Two days previous, which was a Saturday, (48 hours prior and more than the 24 hours required for notification) I called to reschedule because I realized I worked that night. I also emailed the company on the website that same day explaining my situation. Nobody replied. I called again, Monday, as soon as they opened, explaining the situation and Angie simply stated that I would be charged the $270 fee of my service despite me just explaining to the receptionist that I had notified the company 2 days prior of my cancellation. Last month, my stylist called out sick & instead of cancelling or rescheduling my appointment on a Saturday, Heather Cohen, the owner, accommodated my schedule, herself. She was warm and welcoming the moment I arrived. After hearing what I wanted, she effortless got me in and out with fabulous hair. This month, I tried a new stylist, Morgan Courtright and again walked out with my hair beautifully cut and styled. Morgan was attentive, so nice to talk to and did a fantastic job. I've got Morgan booked again for my next appointment! A few months before, Gabi Johnson gave me a wonderful scalp treatment (fantastic scalp massage!) on an impromptu ask while I was there getting my hair done by Galina Jaros (who is awesome in every way). WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I went for a wedding trial. The girl didn't know how to do my eyeliner so I wanted to show her. She emotionally responded with "but I want to do your eyeliner..." I wasn't even rude. I was patient as she tried a few times. Then she walked away politely and started CRYING. I thought I was being PUNK'D or something. Then the owner comes over and tells me that the girl was having a bad day because of some cosmetic procedure she had done that she didn't like so she's emotional. I was like WTF is this really happening!!? I don't need to know this or want to know any of it. It's my wedding trial. I HATED how it looked. I was charged a ridiculous amount even though it was a horrible experience and an even worse outcome... and I was there for way longer while the girl was crying and people were dealing with her. This salon is fun, professional, on trend and welcoming. The stylists really wash your hair well when you have a blow out or other style, (I took a star off because recently a new girl didn't do so well, almost timid to touch hair?), but ALL the stylists are amazing. Have been going there for a few years. It has changed greatly. I was there for over 3 hours for a partial foil and trim on medium length hair. Barely any foils were done. The worst part is that I was charged $30 for toner that washed out in less than two weeks. Three weeks later and $165.00 before tip, my hair looks exactly the same as before i went there. I went in for the first time to see Galina. She was incredible. I LOVED the way it looked the first time but I wanted it a bit lighter so I went back. Galina listened to EVERYTHING I wanted for my hair...I highly recommend her. She also is very sociable and makes the experience fun! Another thing I like about b. I have had multiple great experiences here, but my most recent really confirmed how wonderful this salon is. About a month ago, I had come in for a cut and color and the color didn't turn out exactly as I'd hoped (due totally to my own miscommunication). I went in this morning to have it looked at to see if I could get it closer to what I'd been hoping for, and was SO happy with the results of the correction. I am the girl that tries to wait as long as possible in between appointments and then all of a sudden calls to book and appointment and wants to get in ASAP- I know I'm impatient!! They are pretty great with that- I have had an appointment booked far out and have been called because another person cancelled . I have been able to move up pretty fast- so that's great- I recommend getting put on their move up list. Price wise - you get what you pay for- ladies stop being stingy- you want that beautiful blonde - you have to shell out for it . Don't complain if you go to super cuts and come out looking like you have corn bread on your head. With that said, I would say that they price pretty evenly with other salons in the area and you most definitely get what you pay for! The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly , and you always come out looking like a celeb. I had Rylie do my hair last time- she did an amazing job on my blonde - blended it amazing so it's grown out beautifully and looks natural. She was personable the entire time and I felt safe in the environment. I went right when they opened back up after covid . These ladies are up to par with their safety protocols. I've been going to Kelsey since she was a junior stylist, we met when she did my hair for my senior pictures and 4 years later I can't imagine anyone else coloring and styling my hair. I absolutely love this salon! I've been a client and I've also had the privilege of being a hair model during one of their cutting classes and was so impressed at how thorough they were, it really gave me a whole new appreciation for how much work goes into styling someone's hair! I honestly can't imagine ever going somewhere else again; they're friendly, upbeat, and fun, the entire place is beautifully decorated and so welcoming. Most importantly, I need to mention how much they really listen to you instead of just telling you what you should do.
