The person doing the facial (Jackie) was very rough and loud. She was always opening and shutting drawers loudly and when she walked around the room even her shoes were loud! There was no gentleness to her. It was almost like she was angry and just wanted the facial to be done. I really almost left half way thru. This was so disappointing. I have seen other reviews mention how good she was so i must have gone on just a really bad day. I am going to book another facial with a place i have gone before sooner than i normally would so it can erase this bad experience.
