However, I made an appointment for my sister and I and the other nail technician wasn't there yet at the time of our appointment. We had to wait for 20 minutes for her to arrive to start our pedicures. Also, my gel manicure chipped only 2 days later - see picture for chip on index finger. Gel manicures are supposed to last without chipping in 2 days. I'm not sure what happened but they didn't seem like they knew exactly what they were doing when it came to gel. Overall, an OK experience. I got a Groupon so I'm glad I didn't have to pay full price. I did have to pay an additional required $18 for tip though.

I could leave ? She again began degrading and Insulting me as if I committed a crime. She then rolled her eyes and stated " fill out the paper work , you're the last one here and rolled her eyes at me. Well I began to fill it out and then decided that what this woman has done is not only unprofessional, but unacceptable! I turned around and nicely said " I do not appreciate being treated this way. Keep my deposit I am leaving and will not be returning " I am saddened because I read such good reviews on the business site and would have love to give the doctor my business but I could not get past the abusive behavior I just experienced by a woman who may own this spa. I'm 71, and she's given me back a face at dozen years younger! She is kind, compassionate, caring--and as others say, she LISTENS. She is also very thoughtful and professional. She has never tried to "sell" me a treatment and indeed has advised me at times, "You don't need that again for a few more months." I totally trust Belsy and now let her tell me what treatment I need and when. I'd been seeing Belsy for half a year before I asked for advice on skin-care products.
