I was really upset because my wife bought me this watch on vacation years ago, so there is a sentimental attachment to it. The owner saw that I was stressed out and she looked at it, turned around, fixed it in about a minute and handed the watch back to me. I contacted them about the piece and was told that though it is not physically in stock, they would be able to source the watch and to give them a few days.
