The two current usual operation workers get through their customers/workload fairly quickly most of the time, but there HAS to be a better system for material pick-up. This has been a constant problem for some time now.

There was no line when I went on a random week day, so I was helped very quickly. The only thing that I would make a comment on was that there was parking in the front of the building, but you would need to walk to the warehouse entrance on the right side to off-load and separate recyclables. I wish that there was a car off-loading zone, so you don't need to push a large plastic bin to your car and back for the weighing. Their rates for recycling was fair and up to county standard. I definitely would return again for my recycling needs!

The main worker who works there works so hard even when it is hot. He knows what goes where and what is able to be recycled, he knows his stuff. He looks like he has worked here many many years, though he is a little hard to understand at first. If you want the best rates bring your recycling here. This location needs HELP (!) …read more The current guy working the location cannot run his equipment and is generally rude (terrible customer service skills). It is rare to catch him on a good day. This location is a little bit smaller and does not seem to have as much equipment/help as some of the others, but the last 3-4 workers have not been great. Service is refused and easily agitated like someone is forcing them to work. Hopefully they get some equipment they need to do the job better, but i am definitely continuously dissatisfied/put off by the customer service.

Jolly's Recycling is the best!…read more This is a small (family-owned) business and I highly reccomend for all of your recycling needs. The owner and the employees are extremely helpful and polite...they're just good people. I've been recycling with them for the last few years, and recently, I contacted them to see if they would let me bring a bunch of kindergarteners for a tour to learn about recycling. Not only did they say yes, but they stayed after closing and allowed us to tour their facility after hours! The showed us their entire operation and even showed us how they crush and bale the aluminum cans so they can be transported for the next step in the recycling process. I can't brag them up enough.
