He came out and gave us an estimate. Fair pricing and was ready to work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My expectation was that issues would be corrected during construction. So I have new floors that were not leveled, new walls that are angled, electrical work that is sloppy and paint on the walls that does not cover everything. The electrical work passes inspection but be prepared for upside down switches and outlet boxes that are not flush with the walls. They also did 4 side jobs while they were here (drywall and paint the kitchen, build a closet, build a laundry space and replace my well pump). The contract for additional work is per hour labor. I was charged outrageous amounts for additional labor. So if you hire them I would suggest you only allow them to work on the contracted job. In addition you will be charged for every supply they purchase from trash bags to plumbing pipes. The selling point is that they do it all with licensed plumbers, electricians and carpenters. They truly embody the phrase "Jack of all trades master of none". It is really a shame. The crew is nice. They work hard. But I can not imagine they ever leave a customer really satisfied.

Actual criminals. I had a very disappointing experience with this contracting company. From the…read morestart, communication was poor and inconsistent. It was difficult to get clear answers about timelines, costs, and the scope of the project. Once work began, things didn't improve. The crew showed up late on multiple occasions and sometimes didn't show up at all without notice. The quality of the work itself was also below expectations. There were several mistakes that had to be pointed out and redone, which delayed the project even further. Even after addressing these issues, the finished result still felt rushed and not up to a professional standard. What frustrated me the most was the lack of accountability. Whenever concerns were raised, there were excuses instead of solutions. Customer service was unhelpful and didn't seem to prioritize resolving issues. Overall, I would not recommend this company. There are much more reliable and professional contractors out there who value their customers and take pride in their work.

They prepared the site to ensure dust and debris was kept to a minimum and cleaned up the site upon completion of their work. After work was completed, Eric explained what they did and answered any question I had. I would highly recommend Frank's Basements to any individual needing similar work done.

So far not so good. Sales person Chris Twarzak omitted work to be done on the contract. People,…read moremake sure you read not just sign. Floor drain in low point removed and not replaced. Also no clean out on that wall. I'm told the sump is the low point. Hard to get water in when it's built up higher than the floor level. I have water lines that need draining before winter and it goes onto the floor and it pools up nowhere near a "clean out". If it's only a "clean out " why is it sloped downward? I guess that explains why its at a point the water doesn't go to. Not a drain. Grr. Also my water intrusion shot right past the bright wall and created a pond nowhere near a "clean out " coincidentally the area the water pulls up at is where the drain used to be before they removed it. Also, during the recent heavy rain for days, if you look in the inspection, clean out port, there is no water flowing. It does not follow the drain tile. It's beneath it. Their solution to water pond in the low area was to build a dam to prevent
