    My wife and I purchased a Maytag washer about a month or so ago at the Plymouth meeting Best Buy…read more It was delivered on time, but the installer was unable to detach the old hot water hose from the faucet, and so had to install the washer with the old, decrepit hose - leaving the new one behind. He had put some WD40 on the fitting but was then still unable to detach the old hose. He specifically instructed us to contact Best Buy and arrange for someone else to come out again to install the new hot water hose after the WD40 had had time to work. Today the Best Buy installers came to finish the job and refused to touch it, saying that was not their job. Best Buy uses contracted, third-party installers who are utterly incompetent, and cannot do the job, and take no responsibility for their actions. Best Buy for their part, uses third-party sh**it contractors because they are cheap. So far, Best Buy has failed to honor its service contract with us (we paid for a 5-year service contract), and failed to honor its original sales contract with us in that the new hot water hose has still not been installed and we are just waiting for the old one to fail. If Best Buy does no make this good IMMEDIATELY, we will be filing suit, naming the Plymouth Meeting store, the company itself, the sales person who sold us the washer, and the manager of the Plymouth Meeting store. (Will update this review as the situation warrants. For now, DON'T BUY FROM BEST BUY where installation is needed. They contract with SH**IT installers.)

Last year, after cancelling my land line, I called to cancel the services. I was directed to customer service but no response or call back. I I called them several times before I reached a representative who acknowledged that my account had been cancelled and said she'd credit my account for the charges. Still the bills kept coming. I called again and spoke to a representative who denied that I had canceled my account. I then started receiving notices that my account was being turned over to a collection agency. According to paragraph "h" in the contract, The Company shall not be obligated to perform any monitoring service here under during any tie when Subscriber's telephone or telephone equipment or other applicable equipment shall not be working since signals to the Company are received solely by means of telephone or other forms of communication. Subscriber shall notify the Companyy immediately of any modification, alteration, termination or discharge of this Agreement or any other Agreement between the Subscriber and the Company. Failure to do so will result in discharge and release of the Company from any obligations and services here under and termination of this Agreement. Do not use this company! The customer service is non existence.

I recently pre-ordered and purchased the AirPod 3 Pro and the Belkin Cleaning Kit. My Belkin Cleaning Kit was ready for pickup (but my AirPod 3 Pro was not available yet since I got it customized), so I went to pick up my cleaning kit. Because I'm not typically an Apple fanboy, I didn't know that yesterday was the release date of the newest model of the iPhone Pro. I got to the store located in Philadelphia, around 5pm or 6pm). There was a line and line dividers with rope, and the store was packed more than usual, due to the new tech launch. One worker (young African American lady in her 30s or 40s, who was an Apple employee with blond and brown long braids and glasses) assisted me in my pickup, and she then asked another worker to pick it up in the back of the store for me. After Tasha's or Taina's (I don't remember her name, to be frank) "assistance", I guess the "A" in "Apple" stands for "A**hole" because Tasha was impatient with me, combative when I asked questions about the other Apple products (IPad Air), unknowledgeable about the Apple products in general (she said a lot of "I don't know, "I don't understand", and "No"), spoke in a passive aggressive tone, kept her sentences curt, and overall, she was disrespectful, condescending and extremely rude. After that interaction, I decided to not buy an IPad Air and I will instead buy a Samsung or Lenovo tablet. I would rather not continue to purchase Apple products that contribute to Tasha's/Taina's salary of being employed there. I have never been so rudely treated by a sales representative, as a paying customer. The nerve and audacity is shocking to me, and it is clear that Apple doesn't want my business. Train your employees better. She needs to go to anger management and customer service training since she clearly lacks manners and feels empowered to passively bully and disrespect me, a paying and polite customer. Be better.

Doug really took the time to help and offered a great alternative; a transmitter, which I hadn't considered and actually makes things much more flexible. Amir was shadowing during the process and was very attentive as well. I did spend a little more than I originally planned, but for the flexibility and convenience this option provides, it was well worth it. At checkout, Damon made sure to acknowledge me right away and handled everything smoothly. Overall, it was a helpful, respectful, and productive experience from start to finish. I appreciate the team's willingness to help find a better solution. As a follow-up, I just want to share that the transmitter has exceeded my expectations in terms of functionality. I didn't realize how much flexibility it would offer--being able to move between rooms without losing audio and easily switch between my TV and phone has made a noticeable difference in my daily routine. It's been a great addition that I didn't fully anticipate at the time of purchase, and I'm very grateful for the recommendation.

Matt showed up, advised that no price match with Zagg even though it was their screen protector I was buying.. he blurted out only big box stores then walked away. Just Rude. So I promptly searched online where it was cheaper and found it at Walmart. Another supervisor had to be called, Damon and Mike ended up helping me and Ciara was seemed happy to be called to another register. Some people have bad days but in Customer facing jobs, you have to realize composure no matter what you might be facing. I let Mike and Damon know how displeased I was by Matt's demeanor and Mike apologized and explained there's a list that shows who they can price match with. In the end I got a deal, so thanks for that!
