Thankfully, I found Assilah Latifi at Lush Salon. She has a deep understanding of formulating the right shade for you to flatter your skin tone and natural hair color! She gently explained that dying your roots with a dark permanent color would affect the highlights as that root grows out and make the effect orange. Brynn put me in a chair right away, offered me something to drink and ensured I was comfortable. When Ashlee came to me, she was warm and sweet and very pregnant! I cant believe that someone due so soon was still working as hard as she is! She came to evaluate the hot mess that was my hair. She heard my complaints and wanted to see what my dream hair looked like. I told her that I wasnt expecting a miracle and to that she replied, "I know you're not but I'm going to try really hard to give you one." Totally warmed my heart! She told me what she wanted to try and do to my hair and even prepped me on what kind of maintenance work we'd need in a few months and an approximate cost if that maintenance.
