I see staff cleaning the facilities often but there are some rooms that need to be swept inside - the floors still look dirty so I would give that recommendation to really be an A+ location. My daughter went in and asked for 30 days of tanning. They signed her up for a monthly membership and now they refuse to cancel her membership. It auto renews. Apparently there was a way to have 30 days without a membership but they signed her up for a membership that has a two month minimum. Now they won't cancel it. It's a scam business. They keep referencing a membership agreement that she never signed or received - she was totally mislead. They charged her for the highest membership and all she wanted was to tan for a couple weeks for an event. The B-Tanning by my house off 17th Street is 5 stars, but my experience at this location was COMPLETELY different. First of all, I had to wait for almost 5 minutes for anyone to even show up at the front desk. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The lady slowly walked to the front already with an annoyed look on her face. Ice joined up for a month-to-month basis and they 've been have been trying to charge my card for months that I didn't come and now when they took money out of my account I just thought it to start coming again and now they're telling me I have a balance of a bunch of different months that I never used. This is supposed to not be reoccurring that I every month I repay you don't charge me for something and when I'm not using it and now they're telling me I have a bounce and then the money they just took out they won't refund me bad business do not use this. When I came in the morning of my birthday the girl up front offered me an upgrade to a stronger (much nicer) bed & of course I couldn't turn that down. She put me in room 5 with the prestige 1400 by ergoline that comes fully complete with all settings needed for the most relaxing tan of your life. Selections such as, aromatherapy, a body mister, a facial mister, music selections, spa sounds, temperature control, and so much more. This bed was specifically designed to contour ALL-body types as it also has the strongest bulbs circulating the tanning market right now. I love this tanning salon. I live part-time in Texas and part-time in Ft Lauderdale. I have been impressed since day 1. The staff is friendly, the salon is clean and they offer a nice variety of services. I bought the top package and have access to great tanning beds, a chair massage, leg tanner, infrared cocoon pod and near red light booth. I use Palm Beach Tan, a National franchise, while I'm at home in Texas and was happy to find the same quality in Florida. I'm not sure how many locations B-Tan has, but they've got tanning and customer service down to a T. I use their services 3-5 times a week. read more

I seen on the website they had one week of tanning for $15. However I came in I ended up purchasing a week of tanning for $55 and one of the higher level bed. There was a little confusion with the 24-hour policy for me to get the 7 days. However I reached out to management. We resolved the issue I am very happy. I am very pleased with their tanning beds.
