Completely horrific experience. Made an appt for a custom airbrush tan. When I showed up, they didn't have my appt and apparently only the owner is available for airbrush tans. The girl at the front desk although nice seemed clueless. I opted for a spray tan because I had an event. She did not explain about turning side to side in the machine. Got the spray on my palms. Incompetence is unbelievable. Please train your staff. read more

I can confidently say that you cannot get the quality of service and cleanliness for the price the Tanning Lounge offers in Davie. My first time here I was with my four year old and we had been to several tanning spas in the area. After a long day running holiday errands it was nice to walk into a place where the staff was very nice. I decided this was definitely the best spa near me so I tanned the same day. The beds are good quality and the towel they offer is priceless. Never realized how good a cold towel feels after coming up a level. I bought a package suitable for me and it's nice to know that even though I'm not a regular they still remembered me. Everyone is very knowledgeable in helping you reach your idea look and about products as well. What impresses me even more is the consistency in the staff and their kindness. read more

I've been coming here for about 2+ months now and LOVE it!!! The owners are super sweet & friendly. Greeted by name when I come in, they're always smiling, happy. I use the level 4 bed for tanning and get deep dark tan. The red light therapy bed is excellent too! Relax in there and reap the benefits... They have a great selection of top of the line tanning lotions as well which come in sample packets or full bottles. They also have a cute boutique section with shoes, clothes, hats and jewelry too. I dont do spray tans but I know they do airbrush spray tans (not the automated machine) and have seen people come out looking great from their spray tan. Great prices and specials combined with extremely clean salon/beds and super friendly owners and other girls who work there makes this an awesome relaxing enjoyable experience all around! read more

I absolutely love "The Tanning Lounge"... when you walk in you are greeted by the sweetest staff and a cute little shopping area. They all kinds of cute boutique style clothes, shoes, hats and jewelry. Everything placed neatly so you are able to easily look at everything before going into tan. Lauren helped me sign up as this was my first time and she did my spray tan. She was so sweet and funny. Her level of customer service was impeccable and my tan looks amazing. I absolutely love this place! My 10 minutes of paradise. I have been a loyal customer and was amazed when the unlimited monthly tanning fee was REDUCED and Red Light Therapy is included. I love that as well. I am Sicilian so I hold a tan very well. These beds and booth give you a wonderful glow and not a burnt look. The team there is very friendly and always remembers me by name. I have a lot of knowledge of this salon and I'm going to be honest - the beds available are very limited and extremely outdated. Newer beds have been available for years and why this salon refuses to purchase any is confusing. If you walk into a Boca Tanning Club there are many NEW beds to choose from - at least 10 with different level strengths and similar prices to those at the Tanning Lounge. If I were to ever tan it would not be here simply because it is so old and there are only a few beds to choose from (3). The merchandise/boutique in the front is a bunch of bulk clothes and jewelry bought on amazon then resold for over 200% profit. Lotions can also be bought online for less than half the amount they're sold for here. The spray tan is OK and I can say the best in the county, HOWEVER it will still be splotchy and patchy about a week later ‍ My advice - visit Boca Tanning Club or a South Beach Tanning and see for yourself ! You'll think this salon is garbage. THEY ALSO BRIBE CUSTOMERS INTO WRITING POSITIVE YELP REVIEWS IN EXCHANGE FOR CUPS OF LOTION AND DISCOUNTS, so really all of these comments should be deleted and done truthfully read more

I have been coming here since they first opened and have NEVER been disappointed. I have also sent many friends and they have all loved the place too. The staff is super friendly and when making appointments, they are always accommodating. They have great hours to fit with any ones schedule and they have offered to even stay for me one time when I had a time crunch. I spray tan here, it is custom and gorgeous. You think of a spray tan and ewww, orange, missing spots, and other not so good things come to mind. I can assure you, none of that here. The spray tan is done with an airbrush by a trained professional. They have their own custom tanning solution that is organic. You will not find this mixture ANYWHERE else and it is amazing. They have different types of packages you can purchase to save some $$$, but all of their services are reasonably priced. Give them a try...we all look better with a tan! read more

Personally I don't like having tan lines so stripping down in front of somebody you're just meeting for the first time you would think would be awkward. Not with Camilla! I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance specifically asking for the latest appointment they had available since I work 1 hour away. They called me the day before my appointment to tell me that they had to reschedule because there wouldn't be anyone available to do my airbrush at that time. I was given very limited options for alternative appointment times and I could not accommodate them on such short notice. Most importantly, this is for *my wedding*. So I searched on yelp for a tanning salon near me. Found this place and I'm glad I did. Natasha was very helpful. She was new she said but she did an excellent job helping explain to me the packages. I'm tanning for a wedding so if I get good tanning results then I may keep coming for a membership. They were running a special for unlimited no contract for second level bed for $69. Original price was $80. I took the deal. So far so good as in today was my first tanning visit. They even have nice refresher items in the room. Give it a try! read more
