Upon arrival, the staff was very nice, clearly explained everything and was attentive. I've only had one spray tan there, but it was easy and comfortable. They include a lot of products (sticky feet, so you don't get the bottoms of your feet covered in solution, pasties, a thong, hair net, barrier cream, spray on bronzer). My tan was beautiful, but it only lasted 4 days. That may have been because I needed to shower after 14 hours (best to wait 24). It also didn't cover my feet very well, so I had to use a self-tan towlette on my feet and calves. I'm getting the second spray tan this week, and I'll update my review then if it lasts longer than 4 days.

They sell you it to you in those little cups you use to make jello shots (see why I wanted a detox wrap:) lol) so basically for $12 they give you 25 cents worth of the cream that also comes in a larger bottle that retailed for around $20. Anyway, I walked in the back and the girl started the detox machine which looks like a weird sleeping bag. It does not look as lovely as the website photos suggest. I was in a makeshift room in the back. Also, I really find it hard to believe they clean this thing completely after every single use... I don't even think the tween girl working at the counter could lift the dang thing. Anyway, you put the cream on and get in the sleeping bag- that's the wrap. When the timer goes off, you get out and towel off and leave. I fell asleep during the wrap. Noticed no changes at all, good or bad. I never ended up going back to use the rest of the groupon, just seemed like too much hassle and possible grossness for not feeling even a little tiny bit different. I feel better after a long run :) The place was super clean and everyone there was friendly. I would not recommend this service, but I would not write off the entire place.

They were super standoffish and said if I was late, they could not accomodate me and I would be charged for no show. I was literally sitting in traffic on 95 behind a bad accident and nothing I could do. I asked if they could atleast let me reschedule and I was told no. 2nd time, I did an express tan and I had to call the spa to let them know, 4-5 hrs later, I had no color on me at all. I had to go back the next morning to get sprayed again. 3rd time was last week, the night before I was leaving for vacation and I asked for a dark spray. I woke up the next morning and barely had any color at all. I showed up at airport and first thing my family said "didn't you get sprayed yesterday"??!! I always feel rushed. I always feel as if they spend 2 total minutes spraying you and I can barely feel the mist. Employees are super nice. That's the only positive. Their prices have gone up and up over past year and its just not worth it anymore. Too many other options out there. I'm done.

I came to the shop with full intentions to get some sort of accommodation. instead the front desk after already being rude states "we will wave the fee but this can't happen again" very confrontationally. i respectfully said ok i wont schedule again. please do not give them your credit card info. they dont care if you look good after you leave they just want your money. they offered me no accommodations. nothing. thanks for nothing I will not be scheduling with them. I hope the owner knows how disrespectful their staff is to people that are trying to spend money to feel good. no one wants a spray tan on a rainy day. i did not deserve the way they treated me.

The bulbs in the booths are so hot and you can tell changed and rotated frequently. I've tanned twice in level 3 and already have color! Which doesn't really ever happen so quick if you tan you'll know. He offers a lot of product, pretty much every lotion known with great prices! I couldn't believe some of the prices he was coming back with, he could beat amazon costs! Another plus is they offer the versa spa instead of the mystic which has always been my go to booth spray tan if needed. Let's not forgot how clean and organized the salon is kept as well (WHICH IS A MUST). The staff is super friendly who and goes to great measures to please you.
