Me and my friends didn't get greeted or asked if we needed help. Then when my friend was checking out there were two girls chatting behind the register and finished their conversation before even helping my friend cash out. Then the cashier (very tall, skinny, long brown hair) asked if my friend wanted a receipt she replied no and the girl just said "Ok" and that was it. No have a good night or anything. Honestly worst experience i've ever had there.

If I ever have an issue with something, I haven't had to wait more than minutes before someone addressed my concern (not kidding). They also have 2-day shipping on basically everything so when I by something on Wednesday, I typically get it at my door Friday which is crazy (only other reliable place I know like this is Amazon). Some people get upset that they get store credit but honestly that's how it is at most boutiques and I enjoy having a gift card that I can spend next shopping spree. They have a large selection of items. Always up to date on the latest fashion. Only complaint I would make is that they don't have many curvy models. I appreciate boutiques that do this as it makes buying things online easier since we can't try it on. There are many times I'm hesitant to buy something because I know I'm not the size 2 nor their height and wondering if it will near the same. Otherwise, this boutique is great.
