We built a couple of "custom" buses with the kids and used them to go for a "real" bus-ride in the commercial center to give them the "FULL" transit experience... Our concern was, of course, the kids' safety while "driving" in the parking lot... we turned to Designated Defense's supervisor, Russ, and he told us that they would be happy to secure the area and the "bus routes" for the kids. He, along with Zane and Armando did an above and beyond GREAT job, actually accompanying each bus (in all the HEAT) along the full route! From what I can determine, the screens still do not pass the quality check and Boss Security is in talks with the factory, or something along those lines. Boss Security seems to be incapable of resolving whatever issue they are having with the factory. Bottom line, still no screens installed on my house after paying in full in November of 2025. I paid over $20K to this company and 8 full months after they accepted payment, nothing. Scam company. Avoid.

The technicians came in a timely fashion and got us all set up. We really enjoy the remote access panel that we keep near our bedside.
