After recently remodeling my lower level with I previously considered a basement I now have a wonderful downstairs addition to my home and Last month I replaced my windows from Primax and pleased with the quality and installation as I was 15 years ago. During the entire process The owner George took plenty of time listening to find my wants and needs offering several options. With a 20% deposit I agreed to the order for custom measured windows. As promised Project manager Larry came to my home measured and showed me the process of installation, giving me the comfort I made the right decision. The day of installation the job took one day as promised. The trim inside ande out is very well done. I highly recommend Primax for replacement windows. Primax also offers many other services and upgrades from doors, bathrooms enclosures and more.

Sales rep was on time but I indicated I had a time crunch....3 hours later we got to the estimate..... an estimate for $54k. But if I agreed to purchase right then and there it would be $45k. And there were strings attached.....give 5 star reviews on multiple sights. When I said that was too expensive he made multiple other offers, finally saying $100 less than a comparable offer. Yeah, right. I was not going to decide that day. The next day an email, 3 phone calls indicating they had other deals available. I blocked them. Their pricing strategy is beyond irksome!

This company is just like bath fitters they gave my parents a $20,000 estimate and my dad told him to leave and the next day they called him just like windows plus did and told him they could do it for $10,000. They try to screw you as much as they can so be aware and use other companies out there yhat have a set price.
