I used the Yelp feature to send pictures and received a reply shortly after suggesting an in-person estimate. I called and left a message to schedule an appointment, expecting to wait a couple days before even getting a callback. Imagine my (pleasant) surprise when Mr. Anthony called me back within a few minutes! (Green flag #1) I was told to come by Sunday between 8am and noon (green flag #2). I pulled up at about 11am and Mr. Anthony came out to take a look. The business page says "No job is too big or too small" and they stand on that. One thing I really appreciated is that he included me in the process. He simply asked whether I was looking to have the whole fender replaced (I wasn't), went inside and got his tools. It was that easy. No overselling. No overcharging. No frills. Just an honest gentleman who saw a small job, as it turned out) and made the time to do it. Yall. I drive an old Toyota and have interacted with my share of auto/body techs, honest and dishonest. Mr. Anthony was communicative, timely and very fair! I won't hesitate to come back.

    THE ABSOLUTE WORST service I've ever received. I went into the shop to get my bumper** repaired and…read moreafter being denied service due to rust of the car, I went back into the shop to drop off the rental. With no explanation the workers gave me my keys. Once I opened my car door I found, multiple parts and my FLOOR* mat on the SEAT*. After inquiring about it the employees gave me a terrible attitude as if I was doing them a disservice by inquiring about what the front of the car had to do with the back, along with the scattered items. Out of fear of being sued, they magically deemed my car to be unfit to drive (yet they gave me my keys to send me on my way before my observations) and threatened to tow my car off the lot unless I signed that they were not liable. They couldn't even print my name correctly on the "contract". PLEASE save your money and attorney fees for something useful and avoid this place at ALL COSTS.

As an ASE-certified shop, you would trust that these auto-body technicians could fix it right the first time...I was left very disappointed. 5 times did I have to come back and forth for them to redo the mistakes after their "finished" work. Things left undone such as: an unpainted mirror cap, wrong parts installed on my door, an incorrectly installed door, bolts left loose on that door, etc. NOT ONLY THAT, but they had the gall to charged me for the service on my bill. I swear to you I should have raised hell, but folks I can't stand what has become of this industry. The fraud and trickery must stop!! I myself am a mechanic who works in stockbridge and I hate to see half-assed work when it comes to our craft. Literally gives us mechanics a bad rep all the time. I cannot speak for all of the techs that work behind the front desk, but whoever worked on my car, I hope you either find a new career or get your ass fired please. Prior to my visit today I had actually went to this location and received the wrong bumper cover. Although a bit frustrated having to return , Todd showed great concern , expertise , and efficiency. I literally didn't have to say much and was out of there before I knew it . I forgot I even had an issue lol . Made it a quick and easy fix . Definitely recommend this location to shop with. All of the staff is super helpful . It's always clean and well kept .

    First - let me say - I'm not sure why Yelp has this listed as Certi-Fit. The company name doesn't…read morehave a hyphen in it and the Yelp search algorithm didn't yield 'Certifit' in results, so I wasted time creating a new business entry thinking it didn't exist at first. Lol. Interior / Exterior I'm not sure about this because I didn't visit because I sent my nephew to pick up the parts for me. Customer Service The gentleman I spoke to on the phone (twice) was very pleasant. They are only open weekdays and they close at 5:30pm. Add to that, they don't offer online shopping (that catalog URL is a dead link) AND they don't offer phone orders / shipping. Please be advised the inventory is limited. For instance, I had some passenger side bumper damage, so I needed a new bumper, but I also needed the right (passenger) side trim for my fog light. The associate warned me that they ONLY had the trim for the right side, not the left, so I was lucky. Since they don't take phone orders and they're about an hour's drive from me, I cash apped my nephew (who lives near the store) and did a parts 'reservation' over the phone. My nephew paid and picked up the parts and we met at the halfway point. Lol. Price / Value Most people know this - but just to be clear, there are 3 different 'types' of auto parts: genuine, OEM and after-market. Certifit does not carry genuine or OEM parts. They are upfront and tell you that this in after-market part. Some people have had problems with after-market parts not fitting. Certifit 'stands behind' their parts by allowing returns as long as the part is not altered, painted or damaged in any way when being presented for return. My new, after-market bumper for my Camry was $90. Comparatively, Toyota's genuine part was $329. And the OEM part (priced at 2 other places) was $279. The bumper doctor had used but damaged (genuine and OEM) bumpers for $80. Overall After my parts were painted and installed, I realized that there is another piece of trim that goes around the light that is missing from the fog light cover. Since I'm not sure if this was an error on their part - or if this is how they sell the part - and I'm not driving an hour to find out, at some point, I'll have to order the part from Toyota or an online vendor and pay my installer to take the bumper off to snap this minor piece on. But it will NOT be anytime soon. I mention it to say, having a catalog or online repository of inventory would make stuff like this avoidable. And I totally realize that I (or the installer) should have caught the issue before putting the whole bumper back on the car. I am happy with my purchase. But I do wish they had a way to view parts / inventory online and I wish there was way to pay over the phone and ship, but I didn't deduct a star because realistically, I realize if they did this - their prices would probably go up. Oh well - you can't have it all!
