Because my BMW has heads up display and other safety features through the windshield he explained why I wanted OEM glass. Afterwards I did my own research and determined he was spot on. No pressure from Jason. He just let me know they were there when I was ready. Then I left town and it was an entire month before I got back to fixing my windshield. H&A is an approved provider through my insurance so the process was so easy. Within 30 minutes, Jason had the authorization from my insurance company for the replacement and calibration needed. Horatio called me and let me know he was on the way. He and Wilmer got right to work. In less than two hours they had my windshield replaced, did the calibration and drove it to make sure everything was functioning properly. They even were kind enough to move the sticker I need to get in our work parking lot from my old windshield to my new one. Horatio and Wilmer were both professional and efficient. My car was very new and that was a concern of mine. Even after he checked to see if he had one, he did not, but offered to call and check a few other places. No luck. He suggested I contact the dealership and get it done there. I did however they were charging me over $500 to install a $150 window. I asked Fred how much he'd do it if I bring him the glass and he said $125. Three weeks later, even after talking to my insurance and Kia trying to negotiate with me, Fred's price was the best.
