I had to honk my horn to get their attention in order to stop machine. I continued on through the wash after problem was resolved and as instructed. I was told that I would have to run through a second time as the washing process was stopped and conveyor belt pushed me through. After the second run through I went home and parked my truck noticed a ding and scratch mark from my door to the end of the bed of my truck. Called the corporate office and was advised to go back and fill out an incident report. The manager told me that would be a waste of time as he looked at the video and said as I exited the wash it didn't show any scratches. Course the truck was still wet and didn't show the scratches until it was completely dry. What a load of crap this turned out to be. I asked again to fill out the incident report and was told again it would be a waste of his time as he already determined they were not at fault. Never had this happen in all my visits to the car wash until that day. Calling to cancel my membership and will go down the street and use Crew Car wash from now on. All the years that I have used Wash n' Roll has come to an end.
