I dropped my van off at Prestige around 5:35pm yesterday to be detailed today. I had JUST filled up my tank with gas at Kroger less than two miles away. I picked up my van today and a quarter tank of gas was gone! Where the heck it went, I don't know... Did they leave my van outside overnight for someone to steal the gas? Did they joyride? No clue but I will never do business with this place again! They also didn't clean my floor mats! See pictures! Horrible job! read more

Our van was absolutely covered in dog hair and goldfish crumbs and various other baby and animal crumbs. I'm not kidding when I say that my jaw dropped open when I saw the inside of this car when they were done. It looked better than when we bought it (used from a dealership but still). It is SPOTLESS. My dad hasn't driven his Nissan 350Z much over the past year and it was looking sadly neglected. I took it to Prestige to see what could be done. Steve did an excellent job, detailed it inside and out and made it look and smell like a new car. Dad's car turned out so great that I took my daughter's Civic to be detailed. They didnt do a good job the car looks good from out side but from inside its terrible. The ceiling is still dirty and the trim pieces is damaged. They damage my entertainment system and when i told them they damage it. He denied it and saying it came like that. Over all its terrible experience that will cost me more than 5x what i paid for the detail to fix their damage. read more

Did a phenomenal job cleaning up my truck, which essentially doubles as a work truck is perpetually filthy. Had a non-refundable gift certificate for slightly more than necessary for an interior detail and they cleaned the exterior without being asked to make sure I got to use my full balance. They didn't have to. Very easy to deal with and glad I went. Took my car here today and very happy. First black car and was not prepared, a lot of scuffing and swirling and poor scratch repairs from previous owner. They got it looking almost brand new again, removed all swirls and scuffs and even some of the poor repairs. I forgot to tell them about a dairy spill that happened a year ago but still lingered - I tried to clean it with enzymatic solution, etc and that masked something that was always there. I dropped off a International cxt and got quoted a price, then i called back to back sure he really knew what kind of truck it was. After i dropped it off he called back a couple hours later and wanted to charge me an extra $100. because he didn't know what kind of truck it was. When i got it back its was horrible. There was polish left all over the truck still surface rust on the chrome and so forth. The inside was even worse there was a lot of spots that wasn't even touched. The only thing good about the inside was the carpet got done. This is probably the worst place ever i would stay away from here. read more

Awesome job ! My car dealership botched the oil change on my car. Oil was all over the undercarriage of my new car because of a loose oil plug. The dealership where I bought my car did a poor job of cleaning up the oily mess. I heard about the detailed work performed by Prestige Auto Detailing so I took my car to them. I was extremely impressed by the time and care they took to clean up the oil that had settled not only on the undercarriage but the motor also. Plus I had the interior cleaned while I was there , I was very happy with the detail used to remove the dirt and grime in every nook and cranny of the interior. I read a bunch of reviews on detailing in the Indy area and came to the decision to try Prestige, even though other options offered a Groupon and Prestige did not. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical when I dropped my car off in the back of a dealership and left my keys on a post-it note. I did call later to make sure they got it! When I picked up the car at the end of the day I was blown away! I wasn't sure what to expect - my car had a bunch of dust all over the dashboard, and food and stuff seemingly stuck into the carpet. It was at the point of being embarrassing to give people a ride. My car looked and smelled better than when I had bought it (certified-used) from a dealership. My car had gotten in very bad shape and had been vomited in a few months ago, which I tried to clean up myself several times with carpet cleaner, baking soda, and vacuuming to little avail. My car needed several maintenance fixes anyway, so I decided to go ahead and take it in to be detailed as well. The whole process took about four hours, and the car came out looking new. The carpets had been thoroughly cleaned as well as every nook and cranny, plus the exterior and tires. It looks and smells great. And Steve was very nice--good customer service. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who is looking to get their car detailed. It cost $120 for a regular sized car, which seems to be the average rate for a decent car-detailing around here based on the prices I've compared on the internet. They do a very thorough job, so I would say you get your money's worth, especially if your car has gotten pretty dirty. read more
