My wife tried to tell him about her treatment from the rude lady at the store and he told my wife that she "wasn't making a very good impression" herself! I have no idea what kind of work these people do, but given their demeanor, I wouldn't give them a dollar based on their contempt for the average caller. How are these people in business?
