I was referred to this Oral surgeon from my dentist to have teeth removed and roots removed that were kicked out and broken in a very traumatic abduction and violent sexual assault. Unfortunately, in addition to my teeth and jaw, I suffered a shattered hip and both knees. I have to transport via ambulance on a gurney. I waited months for this appointment because the surgeon's office was vandalized and my appointment was moved. When I arrived to a crowded waiting room, one of the ladies at the front desk looked at me and said they would not see me because the gurney. The EMTs said the can collapse the gurney and make it smaller or slide me into their chair, but she refused to even try. She stated that I needed to be able to stand for the x-rays. I asked the woman were wheelchairs accommodated and she said yes, but not me. Again, the EMTs said they could collapse the gurney so it could fit, but she refused and went on to help another patient with that interrupted our dialogue to discuss her appointment. I began to cry because it hurts so bad to be transported, but I pushed it because my teeth hurt so badly. To be dismissed so carelessly and embarrassed as my information is being said in a crowded waiting room with everyone starring is nothing short of humiliating and completely unprofessional. They didn't even try to accommodate me no matter what the EMTs and I said. The doctor even saw me and allowed this to take place and starred as I cried and was loaded back in the ambulance. People don't understand how revictimizing it is to be dismissed in such a heartless way as the whole office is listening to my personal information. Then to have the doctor come outside and just watch me be loaded back into the ambulance while crying what kind of people do that. I'm in so much pain and then it is hard to get up the courage to even go outside after what happened to me. All to be discriminated and humiliated by a doctor and his staff in a crowded office. Shame on you Dr. Bakak and your staff, you should never treat people the way you treated me! read more

My son just had his four wisdom teeth pulled out on Friday at Dr. Brodsky Orthodontics, my son was a little nervous and anxious about the whole procedure specially the twilight anesthesia afraid of being nauseous from it but doctor came in and explained how everything was going to be done and told him he would give him something to avoid getting nausea. Dr. Aminpour and his whole staff made my experience one of the best Dental experiences I have had. I put off pulling my teeth for years until they became exposed and infected, because I was so worried about the whole procedure and anesthesia. I am so happy I chose him to pull out my 4 wisdom teeth. His staff made me feel comfortable right away, which made this whole experience so much easier for me. I came in two times, one for each side. Dr. Aminpour assured me that I would be comfortable with using only local anesthetic, and I plugged in my ear phones and within minutes he had the whole procedure done. Yes literally a song and I was done! My recoveries were very easy. I was up and running the next day, picking my kids up from school. I literally just left my appointment, I had a gum extraction and I was a little scared. The dental assistance told me the entire procedure was going to take 15min. In my mind I was like yeah right. I went in and got 3 wisdom teeth pulled and didn't feel a thing. It went by so fast that when I woke up I didn't even think it had happened yet... or that may have just been the drugs I was on lol. Now I can say I was worried about the recovery because people have told me that they experience a lot of pain, but I honestly didn't have a bad experience at all. I only had to take my pain meds for the first 18 hours following and then after that, it was just a bit of swelling. But nothing major. This place is an absolute joke and rip off. The dr is nice but the staff is rude and they won't work with you at all. Needed 4 wisdom teeth removed and they want to charge $2,000+.....even after insurance I would have to pay out of pocket nearly $1,000 and that's with GOOD insurance. Save your money and time and just go to Western Dental. Going to inform my dentist that this place is a complete rip off and maybe they won't or shouldn't be referring to just this EXPENSIVE place!!!!! Thanks a lot for wasting my time!!!! This was the first time I've ever had a tooth extraction. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. I called Dr. Aminpour's office on Wednesday morning January 26th, 2022. I spoke to the receptionist and found out that my insurance is accepted and scheduled an appointment. I mentioned to the receptionist that if they ever have any cancellations to please give me a call. Later that afternoon she contacted me and stated that they have an appointment available the next day at 2:00 p.m. I was so thankful and grateful that I could get an earlier appointment. Had my wisdom tooth pulled and thank the Lord I found Dr. Amnipour! I had an infection and cavity in my wisdom tooth and had to seek a oral surgeon. I waited for some time to be seen, but once I was seen the extraction took about 2 minutes! I would say everything was great. But the staff and the doctor himself spoke very quickly as if they were in a rush. The office was full so I understood their hurry, but there were things I didn't catch because they were rushing thru things. Other than that, it was a great experience because I'm pain free!! I went here on a referral and glad I did! I originally went in to get one wisdom tooth removed, ended up getting my other bad one done too. It was super fast, and not as expensive as I had thought it would be (still hurts the wallet though lol). I was a new patient and overall I think I waited maybe 10 minutes after checking in , and maybe another 5-10 to get to the procedure. The procedure itself was ridiculously fast, both out in less than 5 minutes. The staff and dentist are all great, really nice and helpful. Babak Aminpour removed my wisdom tooth. He was very rough and kept knocking my surrounding teeth as he was pulling my tooth out. He ended up breaking my tooth next to the wisdom tooth he was pulling out. I've had to get a crown on that tooth and now it's infected and has to be pulled. I do not Recommend him to anyone. He should not be pulling anyone's teeth the ay he treats his patients. I'm very upset with him for breaking my tooth. read more

I called the office a day before because of how nervous I was and the front desk receptionist made me feel way better and told me how everything was going to be okay I was reassured and I appreciate that! Great customer service!!! I just had my wisdom teeth removed at 8 am this morning and was so nervous but I was comforted here and had an amazing experience! I felt no pain as I was sedated and when I woke up all four of my wisdom teeth were gone. This was the fastest procedure ever I was literally checked in at 8:03 and checked out at 8:51 not even an hour !! Everyone here is friendly and welcoming and my insurance covered it 100% including sedation! I struggled to find a place where sedation was covered as I wanted to be put to sleep for this procedure. I would definitely recommend this place if you are nervous or worried they will make your experience smooth quick and a good experience! No swelling and I am able to do normal activities on day one. I agree with all of the other reviews. Dr. Aminpour was not only professional, welcoming, kind, and encouraging, he was engaged, observant, and truly willing to listen and hear my questions/concerns. He is so fast it is amazing. While in the waiting room you hear rumblings of impatience (with new clients only) then once they go in to see the Doc they all realize the wait was well worth every minute. You may have to wait but that's because everyone wants Dr. Aminpour to work on them. I had a tooth removed in 5 mins (Dr. Aminpour estimated 10 mins and was faster than he expected, always a nice surprise to finish sooner than expected). I have avoided getting my wisdom teeth out for nearly 5 years now and last month after the pain set in and my orthodontist needed more room in my mouth I knew it was time. I went to my dentist for a referral for an oral surgeon that wasn't even taking consultations until September! So I did my own research and came across Dr.Aminpour. From the first day I called April at the front desk was AMAZING to me. I probably called her a good 10 times with questions and she calmed me down every time. I called on a Wednesday and I had my surgery scheduled for the following Thursday. Dr.Aminpour explained everything perfectly and even met my moms odd request to keep my teeth after removal. :P Everything was quick and professional. I went into the room at 8:29 and I was in the car on the way home at 9:14. The recovery was quick and nearly painless other than some soreness which was expected. I went to my Orthodontist a week after surgery and they couldn't believe how well I was healing. I went earlier this week to have my 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I started having immense pain last week and they were able to schedule me in super quick, which I was extremely grateful. The surgeon is amazing! I've had no pain and very slight swelling. I'll agree with another reviewer, during the consult they did seem kind of rushed but I honestly didn't mind because my nerves were kicking in (had a bit of a wait). Not sure what her exact position is, but a lady named Venassa was helping me out too and she was really friendly and helped ease my tension. On the professional side, I felt a bit uncomfortable when the receptionist's child walked into my consult (signing papers). Nothing major, because he was a toddler, but I found it odd, not sure if it's a common thing here. But otherwise, I'd recommend this place.
