Update: I had my 1st consult at Dr stringers office regarding my sleep apnea which has not been adequately with CPAP treatment. The office was lively with patients, staff, and good energy. I got to meet Alisa in person and she was just as warm as she was over the phone. The office had a "how it works" style video of what appeared to be a recycling plant on the waiting room TV, perfect content to zone-out to after the long and stressful drive to his office (i live far). I knew I was in the right place already. The wait was short and I immediately received a modern diagnostic scan of my airway from one of the Drs. med-staff members, something I have never been given before. Every single staff member was pleasant and you can feel that there is minimal tension and stress in the room, yet they are still highly productive and timely without making anything feel rushed. Anytime I can sense massive stress in a medical practice it is an immediate red flag for me. This office was a total green flag in this area. Nancy was also an amazing compliment to Dr. Stringer during the consult with her knowledge and empathy. I wish I can remember the names of everyone I dealt with in that office because they all deserve praise. 5/5 for the office. They were even sweet and welcoming to my tag-a-long girlfriend and valued her input regarding my sleep apnea. She loved being able to see my airway scan, so cool. This excellence is all no-doubt the result of Dr. Stringers passion for his craft that trickles down to the staff, his sufficiently staffed office (rare these days), and the experience of the practice overall. This kind of passion cannot be faked. Dr. stringer was sharp, empathetic, patient in fielding my questions, and matter of fact. 5/5 for Dr. Stringer. As a future clinician it is my hope to one day run a practice as warm and efficient as this one. Lilly is a true GIFT. I honestly believe that being the front office person & whoever answers the phone is sometimes the hardest job in a medical office. They have to know everything and are the first person the patient has an experience with. With that being said, I called in frantic for my husband. Had already called multiple offices with no help and even on hold with my PPO for hours trying to find a provider. Lily worked extremely quick to get confirmation I was covered, book me an apt and honestly just listened to my whole issue ready to get it resolved. Excited to meet with the doctor! Dr. Stringer,DDS, is a AMAZING. DR. Its been since mid 90's and I will only let him touch my bite, jaw or mouth. they call me a Unicorn, no one will help me in a new game of hot potato the last 5 dds have quickly let me sit and rot because they are afraid of the unknown. Dr. Stringer performed lower jaw surgery to correct my overbite, back in 2017. After the initial healing process, I noticed an uncomfortable clicking every time I opened my mouth more than half way. Dr. Stringer told me it was simply arthritis (I was 19), and nothing could be done about it. Thanks for the gaslighting to cover your poor execution. He also did not recommend physical therapy as part of the healing process, when I inquired about it. Instead he went to Google and downloaded 3 pages from the first site he came across on how to stretch your jaw (2 of the pages were blank ). Fast forward to 2024, and I can no longer eat without pain. Now I have to go find an actual professional. Please avoid this man at all costs, he will ruin you. In 1999-2000 was my first experience with Dr. Stringer after many grueling years of popping and pain, In both Joints in my jaw bone. From an injury sustained while in the military. And then again aggravated while working as a as a fire fighter. In my precarious predicament braces would not have helped for my situation. Dr. Dale Stringer, Had found both of my discsonboth sides of my face one was displaced the other perforated. If I had the power to award Dr. Stringer for "Best Surgeon In The World" I would do it without a doubt. I want to get the word out that he is absolutely amazing at what he does and was God-sent for my mom and my family. My mom has been way overdue for her surgery. She had been dealing with so many oral surgeons who looked at her case and turned it away due to various reasons since December 2018. Then she finally was referred to see Dr. Stringer. Since the start, him and his team has shown confidence and have given us such specific and important information as to what will happen next, what we need to do, etc. etc. on September 12th, my mom finally had her surgery. She had a recurring cyst in her jawbone the size of an avocado seed and four little ones growing around it. (Post surgery, Dr Stringer informed us that the entire jaw was full of cysts that were not visible from the MRI) She's had a couple in the past in the same place. Once in 1990 and then again in 2005. Back then, they removed the cyst by carving it out but it always came back. This time, Dr Stringer removed the entire jawbone that had the cysts and replaced it with a metal rod, bovine, and a piece of her own hip bone. He did such an amazing job! The surgery was almost 6 hours long. My mom is home now, resting. Everything that him and his team had said would happen pre, during, and post surgery is exactly what happened. They are experts in their field. As long as my mom keeps up with her medications and keeps the pain managed as she has been doing, she is recovering perfectly. There aren't enough words to thank Dr Stringer and his team for what they have done for my mom. We cannot wait until she recovers and is able to live her life better than before and best of all, pain-free! Highly, highly recommended surgeon! He is such a humble and genuinely nice man who loves what he does and cares about his patients. Thank you all once again for everything you guys have done for my mom! Saw this guy for the first time in years for something that turned out to be unrelated. Dale helped me out and took the time to explain things. So many doctors nowadays don't spend the time to explain things and give you a minute of their time when you spent an hour waiting in their lobby. Dr Stringer is a fantastic doctor and the ONLY guy I go to when my jaw needs to be sawed! Seriously, Dr Stringer is not only a leader and pioneer in his field, he is a sincerely good man who is kind, caring and compassionate. Dr Stinger's staff is the same, especially Nancy. As a retired vet, I had a problem getting Tricare to initially approve my surgery, and Dr Stringer went out of his way to craft a special appeal so that my SARPE(Surgically Assisted Rapid Palate Expansion) could finally get approved. His office went way above an beyond after that with my orthodontist (Dr Larson) to also get Tricare to fully pay for the necessary orthodontic work to support correction of my bite - something that is typically unheard of among Tricare beneficiaries. Dr Stringer is an absolutely superb doctor. Every time I mention his name to a dentist or orthodontist in California, they always comment respectfully at what a gifted surgeon he is and leader in his field. This review is LONG overdue. A friend amd I were talking about how amazing my jaw is. Dr. Srringer is a rockstar. He did my jaw surgery back in 2011. I have needed that my entire adult life and I am so happy I landed with him. Ex military, excellent bedside manner, truly cares about you. Dr. Stringer was my referral from Kaiser as I have to have all the rest of my teeth extracted due to the pain and loss of my real teeth from not only natural steroids produced from my own body but a two year long sinus infection that also stemmed from the original opieration i 1979. I HAVE BEEN HAVING NOTHING BUT TROUBLE, SURGERIES, PAIN, INFECTIONS, AND TOOTH LOSS AFTER MANY ROOT CANALS , CROWNS, BRIDGES, ETC. Finally, at 70, when I feel better and want to stop all this nonsense. I have made the conscious and very ready decision to take them all out and get the beautiful white teeth I deserve. First thing in the morning after my surgery at the Loma Linda facility was doctor and a few of associates checking up on me and seeing how I was doing. I am a 63 year old man needing heart valve surgery, To prevent infection from traveling to the heart valve, experts said I needed a full mouth tooth extraction, but it had to be done in a hospital for heart condition. Dr Stringer is the only oral surgeon (that I found) that has the credentials to accomplish this. I was very blessed when I found Dr. Stringer, Nancy, Elaine, Rhonda, Denisse, Nidia, and the rest of his very professional staff. They walked me through every step of the procedure, gave me precise written instructions to follow, I was as educated and informed as I could be and as relaxed as well. I am now 72 hours out of the hospital, everything took place exactly as the Staff and Dr Stringer said it would. I have been 100% pain free, the bleeding stopped 6-8 hours later, gum swelling is minimal. I am so happy with the Dr. Stringer organization. I want everyone to know these folks are worth traveling a distance for. They are special. read more

Dr. Stringer has helped me soooo much over the years. When I was 12 I started having severe jaw issues and he was supposed to perform surgery but then I had a change of insurance which sent me to a different surgeon for my first surgery which was definitely a horrible experience. I ended up changing insurance again after my first surgery was done by another surgeon which sent me back to Dr. Stringer. Dr. Stringer let me know everything that went wrong during my surgery performed by the other surgeon ranging from the lies I was told about the issues and solutions to the facial paralysis. He performed my second surgery to clean out both TMJs and it was a significantly better experience compared to my first surgery done by the other surgeon. He had been there with me since the beginning explaining everything that I needed to know about what was going on, but even though I was just a kid, he always made sure I understood. This past year I started having more issues relating to the complications of my first surgery and he was the one who broke the news to me that my jaw was permanently messed up and that I needed major surgery if he wasn't able to fix it by cleaning out the joint again and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to be the one to break the news to me. We had surgery set and scheduled but less than a week before surgery, on my day of pre-op as soon as I got home, it was cancelled because of COVID. Sadly I had moved out of state before I was able to reschedule surgery so I had to find a new surgeon here, but Dr. Stringer has been my go-to guy for these issues for 4 years now. His staff is amazing and had been soooooo great even on my hardest appointments. I have recommended him to people with similar issues as my own and I will continue to do so because of how great he was to me and to those who I recommended him to. read more

Dr. Stringer is great. He served 10 years active duty in the Air Force, followed by 10 years in the Reserves, and now has his own practice. He was very kind, and patient, explaining everything fully.
