Always like Babble! Babble is close to my work so it's my go to for some boba and maybe a quick bite. I've only had their popcorn chicken and it always hits. Their chicken is nicely fried, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. I usually get the basil flavor with medium spice. As for boba, I think anything is great there. I like how they make their boba pearls. This was my first visit to Babble and really enjoyed the delicious drinks. Their menu is very extensive and organized. I liked how there is only one size to choose from and everything is made fresh. All of our beverages were tasty and refreshing. The prices are fair and serving size is good. Their staff is friendly and patient, but worked very quickly together to create my 6 drink order completed in 10-12 minutes. Their store is cozy and spacious, but can be a little bright due to all the windows letting sunlight in. Don't you just love it when you find a place by accident! We happened to have been shopping at Crest when we drove out the opposite direction to pick up milk at Braum's and noticed the signage. I always like a place where you can go for coffee, a drink, pick up a dessert, so I had to loop back and give this a try. My new favorite dessert Croffle's!!!! It's a combination of a croissant & a waffle! Not overly sweet, nice crunch and flavorful toppings! We had to get two, the first was the Creme Brûlée Croffle which we ate there and the second Cinnamon Toast Crunch Croffle we took home. I asked for a fork but it wasn't needed. Get them cut in half so they are easier to pick up or to share with someone. I didn't get a drink so I'm going to go back and try something new. Plenty of seating was available and the place had a comfortable vibe to it. Granted this was a Saturday Afternoon so not sure what other times will be like. We visited this boba shop because my friend gifted us a gift certificate. We love finding good boba shops and this one did not disappoint. The shop was very clean and had great backdrops if you wanted to take photos. The menu had a lot of options - both drink and food. We got the tofu and rice which was delicious. Went here after a massage appointment and first of all, loved how big the space was. It's huge, and very well spaced out so would be perfect for a day where you want to just sit in a cafe and work or chill. Service was also great, quick and super friendly. They offer a bunch of stuff from dessert waffles, to Taiwanese popcorn chicken, and of course boba. Sadly I think their boba was way too sweet to drink at all. Not sure if they're able to control the sweetness levels but they were definitely not enjoyable for me. I had to take out half my drink and dilute it with water and it was still pretty sweet. Both mine and my husband's drinks were both way too sweet for consumption so it was just a little disappointing. The Taiwanese popcorn chicken - which I got in basil - with a side of fries was pretty good. The seasoning tastes good, but the chicken wasn't seasoned equally. Some spots were a bit too salty so that wasn't too pleasant either. Between the extremes of too salty and too sweet, not too sure about coming back to this spot. read more

Their brown sugar iced boba is super tasty. And the boba in it was fresh and not slimy. The ambiance is a big open room with wooden tables and steel chairs, and ugly white drop ceiling tiles overhead. Not very cozy or warm or comfortable, besides the indie-alternative music playing. There are two couches and a couple of upholstered chairs on one side, but it doesn't help all that much. Oh well, at least the drinks are tasty. Okay, Babble isn't bad at all. It's very spacious and decorated pretty nicely. Like your typical boba cafe to hang out with friends and to get something quick. The staff gives you a number stand and you can just hang out at a table until they bring you your order. I stopped by when it was busy so I waited a little while for my drink. The matcha latte was decent, a bit grainy but the boba tasted fresh. If I was to stop by in OKC, I would stop by just to try all the other drinks and some of the snacks they offer. read more

Tried Babble today since a few other friends checked in . The place is off of Hefner and Rockwell in Okc behind Mazzio's and McDonald's shopping plaza. Great selection and the cashier was great at explaining the different options and flavors. I ordered a coconut cream blend with Boba passionfruit jellies and milk pudfing. I was a little skeptical at first because I have been blessed to have had lots of boba in my lifetime! So little things like the consistency and texture of the boba or if the tea tastes artificial can throw me off. However, overall I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a lychee green tea with boba. The boba was chewy, but not annoyingly so. I did think the drink overall was way too sweet, since not only the tea was highly sweetened but also the boba was sweet too. I love their berry fresher, can't find it anywhere else! They use to have build your own boba drinks but covid took that away. Their drinks are still good and prices aren't too bad. I've been here several times now. I love that they have an almond milk alternative. I have not found my favorite drink yet. Still searching. The ones I've tried had been too sweet. I wish I could have experience the full Babble experience before the pandemic where you pay one price and drink all you can. I was very excited to find Boba in OKC. I thought the place was cute and the girl there was so sweet. I had to take a few minutes to look over the menu as it was my first time. I tried to mango slush with boba, plus Passion fruit jelly and Lychee jelly. I think I had made it TOO SWEET with all the Jellies. The Mango was a good flavor. The boba was a little firmer than I normally like it but I still drank the whole thing. LOL I know I will be back to try something else and maybe the Boba will be softer. Gasp. But I didn't say that out loud. Oh crap I did. Another great thing I liked about this is that it's way out in the suburbs where you wouldn't expect it. And in the suburbs, usually the standards are lower but this place keeps the standards high. I did not like that I called ahead for an egg waffle because I was in a hurry and they said that they had one at which point I drove about 20 minutes to get here and only then do they tell me that their egg waffle machine was being serviced, and they could not make it for me. I thought I was kind of crappy. But they were nice about it and if it's being serviced then it's being serviced although I should have been told on the phone LOL. The milk tea was still worth the trip and I will definitely try the egg waffle next time. And these guys are all really friendly and we're amazed that I was driving all the way up to New York and they seem like really cool people. Should get reduced stars for their faux pas in shutting down the machine after telling me to come in for the waffle, but so nice that they'll keep the 5 stars that their Milk Tea deserves. read more

Wowow Babble's food and drinks makes me want to come back for more!! Their hand crafted milk teas are just phenomenal! Not too sweet, not too milky...it's just perfect. Their boba has great texture too. I liked the drinks so much that I got a Rose Milk Tea right after I finished my Jasmine Milk Tea I've had the BYOB (Build Your Own Boba) before where you literally build your own boba and mix any of the milk teas. However, I do think their handcrafted milk teas taste better. What really has me hooked is the food...there's not many boba places in OKC that makes great munchies AND boba. So yes, take a cheat day and go try their crispy chicken, crispy tofu's and fries I do wish they had comfier chairs aside from the couches and they do put more ice in your drink compared to other boba places. I love that we got a boba place in this part of town, and it's even better that I actually really love their drinks!! I like their self-serving concept as it serves to be unique from all the other boba tea places I'm used to. For once, it doesn't cost a fortune to try as many toppings as you want! I am a big fan of their milk tea above all. I especially like the almond milk tea and green milk tea, and I usually keep it simple with just boba - really good boba, which can be hard to find sometimes!
