I found Waxing Celeste because I worked down the street. This was probably a year ago. I no longer work down the street and I live across town but still only come to here because after all the years I have been waxing and tried a dozen places I have never found a place that I enjoyed coming to as much as here. It's located in the Sola Salons off of Temecula Parkway next to Killarney's Pub. I got there for my appointment with Claudia and was greeted warmly. I let her know it was my first time and she explained to me all I needed to know and do. She made me feel very comfortable talking with me most of the session! I saw Celeste for my very first Brazilian over ten years ago when she was in a studio in La Mesa. I followed her to various locations in the years after until she landed in El Cajon, but when I moved closer to the coast, it wasn't convenient for me to drive out anymore. I unfortunately had to find another studio. Well, my husband and I moved to Murrieta in 2023 and I was delighted to discover she had a Temecula location. Of course I was quick to book an appointment. Originally this was going to be 3-star review, but after the customer service I just received from Claudia, I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER OR THIS PLACE. When I first arrived to the location, I confirmed with Claudia that I specifically wanted a landing strip. I also booked an appointment, specifically requesting a landing strip. She acknowledge that that's what I wanted, and then started the wax. Once she was done waxing down there, I realize that she did not do the landing strip as requested. At this point, I was annoyed, but decided to say nothing, and just finish the session. Once the appointment was finishing that was back in my car, I could see all the hairs she missed on my legs. I went back to have her address this. She then asked me if there is something wrong with my Brazilian, and I told her "yes, it's not what I asked for. I also confirmed with you prior to starting the wax.". She then goes on to say that everyone is human, that hair grows back, and that I should be treating people nicely. Excuse me, you are the one that asked me what was wrong with my wax. I am a customer, that requested a specific service, I checked with you prior to starting the service, you confirmed you knew what I want to, and now you're asking me why I am upset after you did exactly what I did not want? I don't know why she decided to laugh also as I was leaving the suit. You messed up, just accept the fact, and realize that not everyone is going to be happy when you mess up a service that they are paid for. read more

I've found my waxing home in Temecula! Brazilians are never exactly a fun time, but it was pretty close with Celeste. Her technique was slightly different from previous Brazilians I've had done (of which there have been many -- I've been getting them semi-regularly for over 10 years), and hers is definitely one that minimizes pain by a lot. She's super friendly and has a really fascinating background which made the time fly by. Add the fact that she is THE most thorough esthetician I've ever been to, and you have yourself a miracle worker! I'm almost hesitant to write too many great things and let the secret get out, but definitely book a Brazilian with Celeste, you'll be very impressed! read more
