The huge bar with five new friends of the bar!

Look it's not for everyone; but if it's for you, you will REALLY enjoy it, but if you don't, you'll know it right away. They are a traditional dive bar with pool tables, a large wood bar with a very specific service station, and little nooks everywhere to hide away as the house gets full. The music system is ok, but the speakers are overworked! The DJ Ashley was very nice, fun and accommodating. The drinks were made quickly and efficient. The bartenders were very busy at the time, but they seemed relatively friendly and attentive. This is a karaoke bar, and the karaoke cue was long, a sure sign you are doing a good job! Mary, the owner was cruising around the bar spending time visiting, dancing, and mingling with the staff. Type Cally this would have been a turn off to me, but she made even the out of towners (like me) feel welcomed and paid attention to. Lots of smokers at the front doors meant a wall of smoke on the way out, definitely NOT a fan! I gave four stars because I enjoyed the madness, but each person will have to learn it themselves.

Always good atmosphere and service. Good drinks and good food. Can't beat the fish plate and cold brews.

I stopped by for dinner on a Tuesday and it was pleasantly busy. My server Addison was right there to answer questions about the menu. I (of course) ordered the Reuben and three sides. I expected the sides to be small and I was surprised at how large they were. And they all were outstanding. The onion rings were large, thick, and crispy. A side order has about a dozen rings. The crock of mac & cheese has a delightful kick and when I asked Addison about it she said they make it with their queso. The bowl of Cowboy beans also has a kick and a nice smokiness. While I was eating, both managers - Amy and Jeff - stopped by to see how I was enjoying my meal, which was nice. Finally, the Reuben. I was pleased to see the corned beef was shredded but unfortunately it was very dry and tough. I wanted to cut one half into two pieces but I couldn't with my table knife. The flavor was good, the marble rye nicely grilled. It could have used a LOT more sauerkraut because the meat:kraut ratio was meat heavy. Overall a delicious meal but next time I'll try one of their burgers.

It's definitely a bit dark inside but it fits the mood of a typical bar. I never come here for the bar-life atmosphere, so I won't comment on that but I do enjoy the food they serve for happy hour. I ordered the wings, cheese curds and fried pickles, and all hit the spot when you're craving something fried and salty. I would say I prefer these wings over buffalo wild wings, although the sauce options are a bit limited. Cheese curds and fried pickles aren't amazing but again, they are pretty standard and

We grabbed a seat on the patio since the weather was nice, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Service was quick, and our food arrived in a timely manner. I ordered the Sandy Signature Burger with fries. The burger had great flavor, the onions were cooked perfectly, and the cheese was melted just right. The bun held together well from start to finish, which is always a plus. At only $9 for the burger and $13.75 with fries, it felt like an excellent value and was the perfect amount of food. My wife ordered the Sandy Sizzler with tots, and here's what she had to say: "This burger was juicy and flavorful. The seasoning was spot on, enhancing the beef without overpowering it. The jalapeños added the perfect amount of heat, while the chipotle mayo brought a smoky, creamy kick that tied everything together beautifully. The crispy tots were the perfect side--golden, crunchy, and cooked well. While the portion wasn't huge, it was just the right amount to complement the burger without leaving you overly full." Overall, we were pleasantly surprised. Good food, friendly service, fair prices, and a relaxed atmosphere. We'll definitely stop back if in the area.
