It is a great workout and he moves slow enough for everyone to follow. He works with each person one on one and then moves around the group. It is fun and a great workout. I would recommend this to anyone. It is perfect for people who just want to workout or learn boxing. They also offer martial arts and kick boxing and all that jazz too. Plus the staff is really nice and they know me by name. That is pretty cool! They have beginner packages that are super affordable. The other packages are flexible and they have enough choices to fit your budget and needs. Give them a try, the first class is free! Seya Wednesday night!

Empowering Punch recently opened in Southpark Mall, and it is located next to Dick sporting goods…read moreon the second floor. To kick off their grand opening they offered free classes for the entire week. They offer personal training, boxing, yoga, trx, weight loss, and boot camp classes. The gym is very open and the public walking by can see everything that is going on inside. The thought of being a window display for mall walkers terrified me and almost made me turn around before walking in. I am glad I didn't though and gave it a try. The employees were friendly and our trainer teaching the TRX class was welcoming and made us all feel comfortable. After warming up I didn't even notice the people walking by and was too focused on the workout to pay attention to anything else. I am not a fan of going to group classes and often feel like I get a better workout by myself, but the small class sizes (12 people) didn't allow for any slacking off or feeling like you didn't know what was going on. Classes run $15 a class and I will definitely like to be put on display there again :)

From the people at the front desk to the coaches, everyone is always friendly and happy to assist with any questions you may have. The atmosphere is what makes OTF such a great place to workout. The workouts are different everyday, yet they are always challenging. The coaches are always motivational, and they push you in the best way possible. If you're doing something wrong, they always take a moment to correct you, despite there being so many people in the class. If you're looking for a quick workout that will still show results, look no further than Orangetheory!

Their facility is very clean and well kept with a variety of different equipment and classes. Although some may say the membership is pricey, I think it is well worth the cost, plus if you live close to the area or are a healthcare worker ask about their potential membership discount! I love that North Olmsted offers 5:00 am, 5 days a week, that's a plus, it really is. I love Keeley Tuesday/Thursday, she is full of life with the perfect dry humor, coach Ryan is great too. The 5:00 crew is consistent, we have a great routine, 2 Gs are a plus early in the morning because I really dislike the rower. The monthly membership fee is comparable to other gyms in the area, but the cancellation fees are ridiculous, a grace period would be nice once in a while when members miss an alarm. I know it may read like a big ol complaint, Orange Theory is great, classes are high tempo with a mix of hit and cardio with weights mixed in, repeat classes are mixed in later in the month. You get the option to visit more than just your home studio. Rocky River is booming, they just got a ridiculously fabulous upgrade, I typically take their Saturday 6:45 am class. I have visited studios in DC and Miami too, but they charge additional fees when you visit what they classify as elite studios, seriously sane studio different city.
