I had come to this practice for over 20 years. Although I really liked Dr. DelGaudio (although I…read morefelt she was always overbooked and in a rush to get out of the room); however, I had learned that although SHE took my Geisinger insurance, the hospital she works out of does NOT (General). I found this out the hard way. I needed a procedure done and it was scheduled about a month in advance. Three days before my procedure I get a call from the office stating that they can't do the procedure due to the hospital not taking my insurance. I get it. I should've known this...I guess. But dang!! I feel like someone should've been able to give me a heads up like, "Dr. takes this insurance but if you ever need anything done outside of the office, you are SOL." I ended up finding a Geisinger inclusive Dr. who is phenomenal.

All I need is a script REFILLED, which the pharmacy had requested Saturday afternoon. Mind u, it is now Monday afternoon AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T FILLED IT!!!! Now it's after hours, and they never responded to the pharmacy. I am very dissatisfied, no I am angry!, and after 20 yrs will have to change doctors.

There was ample parking in their lot and I was helped as soon as I walked in the door. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very understanding. I only had to wait a couple minutes before I was brought back and my imaging was done right away. Again, everyone was kind and pleasant. It was a nice experience and I definitely will be back for more diagnostic care.

MRI's are of good quality, and easy to attain copies. Unlike LVHN, they do not over charge for an MRI co-pay, as well as not charging extra if you want the MRI read. Yes, LVHN charges for the MRI, then a separate charge for the doctor to read the MRI before it is sent out. This is now (as well as a few of my doctors) goto for any MRI needs.

It's hard to get through to anyone and seems like nobody answers the phone. Voicemail box is usually full so you can't leave a message. Online appointments are difficult to manage the program they use often prevents you from moving along and you have to call to get it fixed. Doctors are often running behind. I've become more frustrated with this practice and wish I had more options in the area for care.

Told me that I had to reschedule, and that my "table time" was 315p and that I was supposed to be there are 3. I wouldn't have made the appt for 3pm cause I would have known that would have been unrealistic to make. Yes, I got the text to "please arrive early" and did the best I could and would have made it a little earlier if it wasn't for the heavier than expected traffic. They should make the appt time 15 minutes earlier than the actual "table time" and not cause unnecessary delay in testing or make the customer reschedule their lives because of their inadequate scheduling system. I was allowed to get my Bone scan and that tech told me it was because they are "short staffed today" so that's the reason, I thought to myself, not what I wanted to hear. Still not sure I will reschedule here, may go elsewhere but that only hurts me again cause they have all of my records
