The girls section is always full of glitter and tutus while the boys section is tucked in a corner with a few ugly blue shirts and onesies. But not at Janie & Jack. The store devotes equal square footage to boys and girls selections with a boys area full of some of the most adorable outfits that I've ever seen. I was seriously about to purchase everything they had in my child's size but after my sanity returned, I walked out of the store with a nice ensemble for my baby to wear to church. A must visit for all mommies with boys.

But then I asked the kind lady about those items and she said that they had taken them off the floor and were packing them up to be shipped off but if I wanted to see any of them she would very happily go back and grab them for me. And she did I waffled over what sizes to get and ended up buying multiple ones. Some of the sizes they didn't have in the store but she kindly ordered them off the Internet for me and had them shipped to my home for free. I'm so happy with my purchase. The quality of these clothes is top of the line and the design is exquisite. One thing I noticed feeling all the materials of the clothes is that they are all nice quality materials, beautiful looking AND comfortable. I'm so against other brands that make dressy baby clothes out of cheap materials that are uncomfortable and scratchy. That was not the case in the store all made from fine comfy materials. I only bought clothes from the girls section but I was so amazed at all the beautiful boy closed. Next time I have a boy to buy for I will hit up the shop.

Transparency regarding store policies is a must. So much for doing business with local, small businesses. Cannot support the small businesses that are not doing ethical business. Customer service is great and the store is generally pretty organized. I went the other day and could not find a pair of pants I was looking for. I was told I would need to purchase them online by one associate . I saw Alen my favorite sales associate and he asked if I needed anything. Once I showed him the pants I was looking for he looked them up and saw they were in the back and requested for the stock room to bring them out . After about ten minutes he decided to go back there and grab them for me. I love his positive attitude and how eager he is to assist his customers. That's true leadership and above and beyond services. This review is for the Galleria Zara!!! I have visited the North Park location a few times. I also love their selection and it's slightly different. It's worth going to both locations because of the variety you can find at both stores. I would say the lines move a bit faster at the NorthPark store because there is a specific line for returns and they seem to have more staff possibly . The sales associates are always pleasant in my experience so I never understand the negative reviews. If you are going in there entitled thinking you can talk any kind of way to the sales associates then think again. That's one thing I love about the management is they stick up for there staff and stand on business. If you have issues at either of the Zara check yourself. It's clear sometimes they are understaffed but be patient and have grace because they are all doing their best!!!

I returned the item and reordered it in-store with the help of a sales associate, thinking the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, when I picked up the new order, the shorts were missing the belt again. The same mistake happened twice. What frustrated me the most was the lack of support. I lost a significant amount of time returning, reordering, and coming back to the store during my workday. When I asked for help, I was told that due to "policy," nothing could be done except returning and reordering again -- leaving me to deal with the issue myself. As a customer, I felt ignored and not taken seriously. This experience was extremely disappointing.
