Babygreens is such a cute plant shop in a corner storefront with great lighting. The plants are priced on the higher end, but they have a small room with some clearance plants. If I could live in this store I would. The plants, the layout, the vibe, I just love it. I've been a fan of Babygreens since they were located on Cornwall. All their plants appear to healthy and in excellent condition. Their plant selection is pretty amazing as well. They have so many beautiful and unique plants its hard to decide. The staff are all super friendly and very knowledgable about the plants, they are also happy to go over plant care with you. The old location had a cafe and a few tables & chairs, I hope they bring that back. read more

FYI, my besty is obsessed with plants and her coworker suggested her to Babygreens for our daytrip to Bellingham. First of all, we were here 3 months ago (I forgot to write a review) and I was impressed by the decoration full of plants as besty was so turned on. We did some browsing and my actual purpose was to get iced coffee. My besty got the plants she wanted and I got the drink I wanted. My only complaint was the conversion rate charged me about double from the actual price (boo!). I found the taste little bitter for me. They had really cute plant pots which they sell with plants (not separately) and the staff kindly explained it was from a supplier. I thought they make plant pots here too. They have washroom by the white door in the store that lead you to back of the store. You need to get a key I think. Anyways, this place is fantastic for plant obsessed friends if you like indoor plants or just for a coffee. read more

This is a small space packed full of beautiful plants of all shapes and sizes, and it's clear that the plants are receiving plenty of TLC. Everywhere you look, there are glossy, healthy leaves calling out to you! But, as with many small plant shops, the price tag is slightly higher than what you'd find at larger shops. But even if you don't want to buy any plants, you can still leave with a latte or other hot drink. (They only had two flavors when I visited: vanilla and pumpkin spice - and I'm not a huge fan of either so I was a little disappointed.) If you need a plant in a pinch as a gift or just feel like adding some instant greenery to your home and happen to be walking by, come support this small business! read more

I love coming here to grab coffee! It's an awesome chance to enjoy some good coffee, catch up with a friend, browse some plants and maybe fit in a quick photoshoot. This place has the BEST lattes. I order one every time. It's definitely one of the smoother ones I've found in town and it's kept me coming back. The staff is always helpful whether it's plants or coffee. I'll have to come back on my next visit to town, I'm going to miss the coffee! read more

i love babygreens! i loved them just as a cute plant shop when they first opened, and absolutely love that they've opened the cafe. first of all, i'm a true plant mom, so being in a cute plant shop is right up my alley! the BIG south facing windows are amazing and allow soooo much natural light in, as well as some of the sunset some evenings. their cafe is cozy. i like getting the ginger turmeric tea or the chai. it's a great space go and do some work, but seating is limited, so that's something to be mindful of. they have mimosas on the weekends and usually get pretty packed around brunch time on the weekends! read more

I love this place because of their large selection of plants and good prices!! I also love the fact that they now opened the cafe, it's a great spot to stop & have a coffee! I have been on numerous occasions and purchased at least one plant every time because it's too hard to resist. However, customer service is seriously lacking. Not once have I been in and had anyone offer to help me or even talk to me at all. When I came in last weekend, the girl working was just sitting on her phone and she never once looked up. The time before that, the guy was doing the same thing and they just don't ever seem very friendly. This has not yet deterred me from coming because I love the options available. However, after the past 2 experiences of having rude workers there, I don't know if i'll be returning. Sad because it's such a cool and inviting place!! read more

So glad I came here! I ordered a vanilla late and it was by far the best late I've had in a long time! It wasn't to sweet and you could definitely taste the coffee but it wasnt over powering. The seating area isn't to big so plan on taking your drink to go or walk around the plant section (if you're looking for plants definitely come here) the plants are unlike anything I've seen. Super cute little plant shop with a coffee bar. They also serve wine and beer! On the weekends, they have mimosas! There is a real greenhouse feel to this place. I've been coming here since it opened. When they opened the cafe it turned into one of the best local hangouts. I always get the oat latte. The plants and people make the whole cafe experience unlike anything I've ever seen in Bellingham or Seattle! Every time I'm here I'm honestly shocked how nice and authentic the staff is! I always feel so welcomed and comfortable. I get the vibe that this business is in its special prime. I always look forward to coming enjoying a drink with a friend here, and every once in a while I take home a plant that brings my house to life! Nick knows his plants and gave great advice. Full disclosure .... I'm a visitor to Bellingham so I know how unique and cool this place is. Yesterday I walked in and there even happened to be a local art show. The workers were less than welcoming when I arrived, gossiping between them the whole time which isn't really a problem to me until they were rude when I asked about the price of one of their plants. They "corrected" me on the name (that I was correct about... they just repeated it to me) and then didn't answer my question about price. I bought the plant anyway but when I got home and repotted I noticed it was entirely cuttings stuffed into soil and all of the roots had shock from being transplanted so quickly. I tried to save them and put them back in water after they were failing in soil and I've had to cut off every leaf and try to propagate. Overall disappointed with my experience and the plants I brought home. read more
