Parking: the lot is small but I always find a spot towards back of the lot. The tasting section in Trader Joe's is very nice. The tasting section staff member is always a wonderful conversationalist, very engaging. Store has semi wide aisles, nicely decorated and signs in store sharing prices. For brunch I was pleased to buy all items for under $20: Charles Shaw wine, Kale and Broccoli salad, Vanilla Cake and Cookies. My favorite item was the cake! I can't wait to try all the cake flavors. Cashier is so helpful. I find shopping at Trader Joe's an extremely enjoyable experience.

A long time business in the community. It opened in 2004 at this location. A few hard to find specialties like Caribbean, Latin, and West African ingredients can be found. They also have hot food service. Has quite a lot inside. It's located on Morse Avenue at Greenview and is popular with many people. I called yesterday morning to confirm that they have the medications we need in stock, and Cody was kind enough to answer my questions. I arrived later in the afternoon and had the pleasure of meeting the nice young man. I am very grateful to have had the chance to thank him in person. You can more or less find everything you would need among these notably very wide aisles, but perhaps some items would require one to go elsewhere. Among the items they had, the store appeared clean and well stocked. When it comes to their prices, while nothing is cheap anymore, especially in Chicagoland, I found their prices were a little lower than average, especially for the eggs. When it comes to the customer service, this could also be a little bit better. While there was no one at the customer service desk, it had a little sign that said that this register is closed. So... if you need to return something or if a price isn't right, what then? You're just out of luck or something? I'd also like to note that this is a place where you bag your own groceries. Not a problem, necessarily, just thought I'd put it out there. Thus, while I appreciate the lower prices, the slightly limited selection and the lack of customer service cost Food4Less a couple points. I politely questioned why several traditional Balkan cookies in the bakery were all labeled "Serbian," when many of these desserts are shared across Balkan cultures, including Bosnia, and are not exclusively Serbian. Instead of simply discussing my concern, the employee who made the signs approached me aggressively and asked if I "had a problem with it." She then told me she didn't care if I ever bought the cookies. I spoke with the manager expecting a more professional response, but unfortunately, his attitude was no better. He raised his voice and told me he didn't care whether I purchased anything there either. I left feeling humiliated, discriminated against, and completely unwelcome. Regardless of anyone's opinion about how these products should be labeled, there is absolutely no reason to treat a customer this way for respectfully raising a cultural concern. After this experience, I will not return to this location, and neither will my family. Management should seriously address how customers are spoken to and treated.
