She is patronizing and treats you as if she were a second grader. Unfortunately, she did not mention (although she now claims she did) that the store will only issue store credit for returns and not credit it back to your credit card. On the whole the items are very nice but pricey. They have UPS bill you separately for shipping. I will be keeping the phone case strap, since I would be unlikely to use the store credit.
