I was…read morefeeling really nervous, especially after having two previous losses, but Mayde was so kind and sweet. She made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the whole process. I just needed that extra check up for peace of mind, since my doctor only sees me once a month, and I can say she really helped me feel at ease. The space itself is beautiful and calming, and I'm already looking forward to pregnancy massages there. I'll actually be going back this Friday to see Mayde again for another ultrasound to check on baby's progress!

After driving 40 minutes I was in some pain, I took some meds and thought I could make it through the 30 minute MRI. I did not . First, the office staff was so helpful and accommodating , they agreed to make payment arrangement because my co pay was so high , I could not afford to pay the entire amount up front . They were really accommodating . Awesome staff!!! And the technician who did the MRI was very kind, helpful, and understanding after 10 minutes I couldn't take the pain and had to reschedule . The morning of my rescheduled appointment I realized that the drive would be too much ,again , and I just needed to find a place closer to where I lived . Now I will have to save the money to pay the outrageous co pay I have . Nancy and her supervisor were so nice they refunded my money ( the portion I had already paid)and wished me well . I at least wanted to make a review and state the positive experience and interactions I had with the staff of Alliance ! Thank you for everything !

I arrived on the day of the appointment (twice) and was told they couldn't execute the scan that day. And "oops, sorry we forgot to notify you". If you need to use this facility, call 30 minutes before your appointment to verify it's still happening. A confirmation text means nothing. The oncologist sent over the two MRI orders along with my bloodwork and the appointments were made and paid for. They told me they couldn't give me a refund since they use a third party to set up appointments and process payments., so now I have to wait on a refund from the third party and then reschedule at a different facility. This was my first time getting an MRI so I was a bit nervous, but the staff made me feel at ease…read morethroughout the whole experience. The front desk lady on the left was super nice and got me checked in quickly for appointment. I only had to wait for a minute before the technician called me in. I informed him that this was my first time so he explained the entire process to me and how the machine works. He even explained just how strong the magnetic pull is in the machine. Afterwards he got me all prepped, we did the exam, and I was on my way. All in total I was in and out in 26 minutes! The image quality was amazing as well. I was warned that Memorial MRI doesn't produce the best images, but the technician said these were newer machines. I compared my images to my friend's images from another facility and there was such a big difference. It's like comparing picture quality on an iPhone 16 vs a iPhone 5!
